I can't believe that this dealer has such 6 good ratings! I took my checkbook hoping to buy a CRV Hybrid. Price went up $7000 from confirmed Website price due to high margin add ons not included. Watch out! Avoid this dealer!

Have never had a bad experience at this dealership. Bought my CRV Touring there In 2018. My awesome salesman is Charles Kirya. Anytime I have a question or concern I am greeted by knowledgeable and kind people. My most recent experience really sealed my appreciation for having bought a 2nd vehicle there. Charles was very helpful even to the point of jump starting my car so that I could drive it to the dealership. I also appreciate one of the service managers, whose name is Jill, for ensuring that I was satisfied with the service rendered before I left. I referred a good friend to Charles Kirya who sold 2 vehicles to me and he was extremely satisfied with Charles’ knowledge and patience. I like to feel safe in my vehicle and when I bring it in for regular maintenance, I feel confident in their attention to detail. I take my vehicle in for regular service to ensure that it will last a long time. When the time is right and if I need a new vehicle, I will choose Charles Kirya as my Salesman and I will choose Mike High Honda.

I made an appointment to test drive a Honda Ridgeline but ended up trying out the Passport. Doug was extremely helpful and attentive. He was not pushy like other sales reps I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. I worked with Reuben in the finance dept and he was extremely helpful also and very patient. I would go here time and again to work with Doug and Reuben

MILE HIGH SERVICE DEPARTMENT
I drive a Honda CRV that has started its 9th year in service. It was purchased in 2012 and still drives like new, thanks to the Mile High Honda Service Department, My service representative today was Kyle Gallagher. He took time to explain everything that was going to be checked for the tuneup. Then when all the work was completed, he again went over everything including a few items that were not on the original work sheet. I call that "better than expected service". I know Mile High Honda is the greatest but is it possible they are "BETTER THAN EVER". '

Do NOT do business with Mile High Honda
Shady shady business not deserving of the Honda name. The way this dealer does business is NOT the Honda way. Mile High refuses to work with other dealerships. Ran my credit multiple times and failed to produce a car. It's normal business practice for Honda dealers to take deposits, this location refuses. If you're wanting a car, be prepared to bring a tent and sleep outside, otherwise you're not getting the car. Also expect people to hang up on you, let your calls go to voicemail, and never return your calls. The quote I was able to produce online $3,500 more expensive then other dealers around the country with mandatory addons the dealership force added. Do yourself a favor, and take your hard earned money to any OTHER Honda dealer.
