I just have to say that I drive clear across town passing other Toyota service departments because Sterling McCall?s Earnest Umana ever! And all the other service reps here also have been very professional, helpful, and great to work with! Ever since my first time coming out here many years ago, I?ve returned. They?ve never let me down.

My wife and I both had our cars in for assessment and repairs . She has a 2001 Camry and I have a 2006 4 Runner. She needed quite a bit of work ( $4500 ) whereas my 4 Runner may need a new transmission in the future, Ernest was our advisor and I have had him before. He is very attentive, helpful, goes out of his way to assist, and we trust him to be honest with us. . He is one of the reasons we always go back to Sterling McCall . That and the fact that we have bought all our last 5 cars , all Toyotas from Sterling McCall ( 2 Corolla?s ; 2 Camrys and 1 4Runner.)

Excellent my helper Jose great he did not know about my $2 lost because he was not when my car was dropped to the front I notified to Supervisor Edwin Solorio as he was identified Not badge! He answewd natbe you miss placed the $2 en your purse !! I did not have purse i notified to Edwin i removed from the car box $50 d�lares and i left the $2 in case somebody tack them He answered Technician did Not take i dis not pointe anybody ?Somebody from Toyota took the $2) it is my first tome in more than 20 yesrs i had been a Toyota customer Drivers Technicians etc the car pasa for a lot of hands I said i Do Not Need the $2 but this needs to be address with your Staff meetings with Staff in 03/24/25 between 1:30 and 4:45 pm i wsited more than 3 hours I reinforced to Edwiin i am Not crazy i am mentally excellent retired RN Yes i am 70 y/o active sport person Please make a meeting with everybody that touched my car Please

They are the Best. Took my car to Fred Haas (where I purchased from) but they never diagnosed leaky gasket issues. Tried to sell me other unnecessary products. The same day , went to Sterling who fixed everything—still under warranty and provided car rental for a few days. I paid nothing. Sterling is honest, professional and friendly. Kudos to the management and service department. Thank you very much gentleman. I Will NEVER go back to Haas! They are lazy and dishonest. I wasn’t interested in their new coffee machines- just my car.
