I found it very unprofessional to not honor your own
I found it very unprofessional to not honor your own promotions. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change that was 49.99 with a 10 percent off offer for afternoon service. I arrived at 1230 for just an oil change that takes 5 hours of waiting? Then to be told that you won't honor your offer because my vehicle isn't a toyota. Weird considering it is a lexus that toyota makes. Nowhere on your scheduling page is this mentioned. I asked for this to be honored and all I'm told is sucks to suck.

I came to the dealership service center in the morning of April 22, 2025 without an appointment but they took care promptly for my first new car 5000 miles service. I was very satisfied. Looking forward to visit them again in six months.

My vehicle serviced done and move out to parking space
My vehicle serviced done and move out to parking space 8:30 am . I waiting and check my vehicle every 10 minutes but no one touches and open door untill 9:50 am I walk to cashier and ask them and they told me my car ready and also 10:30 they call me and said my car ready to go . The problem here why i have to wait 2 hrs more after my vehicle completely done ( my phone number in system but no one call me or call me at service waiting room ) .

Sterling McCall typically has stellar service (less than
Sterling McCall typically has stellar service (less than 45 minute wait, constant communication, friendly advisor, etc.). Today, the experience was exact opposite. It could have been because the dealer is being remodeled and service and express lines were combined? I had a 7:00am appointment for scheduled maintenance. I did not get out of my car until almost 7:30am with little to no check-in. Once I was checked in I was not given any updates. I checked on my car an hour later and was told car should be ready in 15 minutes. After not hearing anything, I checked again 45 minutes later. I was told car was at check-out station (a little over two hours later). Only positive about the visit was Brayan who helped me despite him not being my service advisor. I hope this visit was an exception.

The customer service was horrible.
The customer service was horrible. I went to there for oil change and also some other problem with the car. couple problem will need to order the parts and come back to install. It was still under the warranty. But, when I first approach to the agent who was helping me out. He is really lay back, just told me he need to manager approval. And didn?t really care about any customer. When I receive the text message saying the car is ready o pick up. I went to the desk. He didn?t even give me any greeting. Just look at me. I asked him, is the car ready. He just told me go to the cashier but without telling me any answer regarding the parts that still under warranty. I will need to ask everything to get the answer. Definitely not going back to do any more service after I finish last oil change service.

Fast service , updated you every now and then regarding the status of your car, the pricing for repairs and services are fair . The waiting area are nice with unlimited drinks.
