Dealership was being remodeled.

Dealership was being remodeled. The waiting area was nice and clean. Everyone was very nice. The wait time was 45 minutes which was good.

Dealership is being remodeled. Service time was 45 minutes which was good considering. Service rep was very nice and let me know what was going on with my car.

Had appointment for oil change at 720am.

Had appointment for oil change at 720am. I was 15 min early. Took 2 hours 40 min till I got my keys back. I specifically wanted synthetic oil and stated so to service rep. Conventional oil was used. I don't want the dinosaur residue. There is a youtube Conventional vs synthetic after 100k. The difference is huge. I will likely go somewhere else next time.

At my recent service visit my service advisor Jean Zelaya was truly exceptional in explaining, following through and keeping his word relating to the services being provided on my Toyota Rav 4.
