Service department has gone down and they have tried to

Service department has gone down and they have tried to be too tech centric but not have people ready to explain the repair details. There is a difference between IT efficiency and good customer service. Maybe Sterling will figure it out when people stop coming.

Bad experience today both the assistant manager and advisor named Edwin and Oscar were careless about my car it was camry after 3 hours it was ready to pick up but Oscar was busy on phone and i was standing in front of my car for pick up and and the manager told me you have Highlander though it was camry it seems both were least interested to deal with me

I had a car oil change and went for service.

I had a car oil change and went for service. After a 2 hr wait I was asked to collect the car. Seems like they didn’t do the oil change and gave me back the car with an all green report. The car Dashboard still shows as oil change required. I have been trying to reach them to confirm for the last three days and yet no one has confirmed on if they missed it or what. Very poor customer service and not the first time I have experienced something like this.

Came to get 15000 mile maintenance on my Camry.

Came to get 15000 mile maintenance on my Camry. Was told they would top off fluids, rotate tires and alignment. Was called shortly after dropping out off saying it was ready, which I found odd. Got there and when I got in my car, the low washer fluid notification was still on. I check the fluids, and nothing was done. Tires were still in the same position when I dropped it off. I purposely made sure the tire caps were different colors and I left one off. My rear passenger tire is different than the other 3. It was also in the same place so that means they were not rotated or aligned. Y'all are such xxxxing crooks and idiot even put a service sticker for my next oil change. Y'all didn't even change my oil! I just changed it 800 miles ago. That goes to show this place is full of frauds. How many people you do that too. The sticker for the oil change is hilarious! Stay away from this dealership. The one in Fort Bend did the same thing to me 2 years ago.

We've had the same technician several times. Everyone there greets you with a smile. Have been getting my truck serviced there for over 4 yrs.
