Usually l get good service but this time l was very disappointed. I came for oil change had appointment when l finally get my car drove almost to my house, My husband pointed out the new sticker was not put on the windshield for next oil change. I call customer service to let them knows. The guy that answered the phone was very very rude to me. I told him they forgot to put the sticker for my next oil change. He said that all you call instead of coming back for us to put it on? Before l could say anything he hanged up the phone on me. We were very upset.

Took more than 3 hours to do oil change. It was not even that busy, not sure why it would take that long?..

Took 3 hours to do oil change.
Took 3 hours to do oil change. The dealership was not even that busy on a weekday in afternoon. Long wait for a simple service.. not recommended.

I went to oil change he recommended me replace motor
I went to oil change he recommended me replace motor belts before that my car is 200% good with out any problems but after changing the belts car makes too many squeezing noises I don’t know what the mechanic did to my car I called yesterday she told me bring back your care we can redo it but I am very upset and mad I took my car to Toyota’s dealer they missed up my car. Take couple hour for minor service! Promised only take 2 hours for completed but it take more 4 hours the status link never update! Have to call to find out when it will be completed

I had a 8:00 am appointment and they did not take care of
I had a 8:00 am appointment and they did not take care of my car until 8:45am the service was not that great. They took the cabin filter out and left the facing on the dashboard with everything else they took out of my glove compartment. And they were taking pictures of my car. All the way around. Someone called me after leaving the dealership about purchasing my car. For 21000 dollars. That was for the benefit. I had an early appointment because I needed to go to work.

I was waiting for my car to be done with the oil change
I was waiting for my car to be done with the oil change but I waited longer than I should have. It was done in the given time and they called my phone once but I wasn?t able to pick it up at the time so I called the number back and no one was there. I contacted the front desk multiple times and they didn?t tell me where I was supposed to go to pick up my car until 2 hours later. The tracking status also wasn?t updated and said that it was still in the ?inspection? state when it was already done. I called customer service on the phone and that?s when I knew my car was ready.
