Adi & his service team strike again. They did a top to bottom MPI during my oil & filter change. Found a few things and explained it to a T with video & photo. Adi expressed what was needed and what could wait so I got half of the work done & will return in the near year for the other half. They’re always awesome, thanks again Adi & Toyota!

I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received at Sterling McCall during my last two visits, especially today. I am incredibly frustrated with how things were handled. I made it clear to Oscar, the person assisting me, that I needed to be at work by 9:30 AM at the latest. I run my own business, and my clients had appointments scheduled at that time. I specifically told him I couldn't afford to wait and that I would return later to replace my rotors. Despite this, he insisted the work could start immediately and be finished by 9:15 AM. However, at 9:39 AM, you came to check and told me my car was ready?which it wasn?t. I ended up waiting another 10 minutes before Oscar finally brought my paperwork. To make matters worse, my wife accompanied me today for her vehicle maintenance. Initially, the technician informed her the service would cost around $300, but the total inexplicably jumped to over $400. I had to call the technician back, and he admitted the total was wrong?even though he was the one who handed the incorrect paperwork to the cashier just moments earlier. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. Due to the delay, three of my clients left because I was late. When I called them to explain, they were understandably upset and refused to reschedule, feeling disrespected. I lost business today because of your staff?s unprofessionalism. I don?t expect any action from you, but I will be leaving this review for others to see. I have consistently brought my cars to Sterling McCall for service, but after the last few visits, I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere. This experience has left me completely disappointed.
