Charges are way to high which shouldn’t be so . Most especially on Toyota cars . Just transmission fluid they charging $200

I felt they did a good job on my vehicle.

I felt they did a good job on my vehicle. They are very professional and well qualified and I am happy with my service. But I must chastise them a bit for taking 3 1/2 hours to do my oil change. If they’re backed up, just be honest and let us know because we can always reschedule. I had a 10 o’clock appointment and arrived at 9:30 and did not leave until 2 PM. Other than that, I am happy with the service I feel the guys are well-trained and are empathetic to what my needs may be merry Christmas. Stay safe Richard.

When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly

When I arrived for my appointment I was promptly greeted. The two young men were great courteous and answered my questions, however when car was ready, the young lady in Express did little to get mr on my way. I had to call to get everything wrapped up or I may have been there an hour after being told my car was ready.
