The inside waiting area is nice.

The inside waiting area is nice. But a standard oil change took quite a while. Also it is the second time that they left service sticker glue residue on the inside of my car. They left the whole rectangular glue patch from their sticker. It?s annoying to have to clean it. They also did not put a new sticker in the upper left hand side of car windshield which serves as a reminder of what mileage to get the new oil change. Not a huge deal but annoying. If a tech leaves a patch of glue from the service sticker in the inside of the window they should clean it and not just leave a huge blotch of glue.

I bought a vehicle from Nick at Sterling McCall last week. Excellent service from all involved. Nick, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager were great to deal with and very fair on negotiations. Great experience all around.

The sevice rep and manager has poor customer service.

The sevice rep and manager has poor customer service. The rep does not check to see what the customer wants. He just fix everything and build up a huge bill.
