I just experienced the worst bait and switch scam from

I just experienced the worst bait and switch scam from Sterling McCall Toyota. I found a tundra they listed online at a price I liked. Sent an email through cars.com to Sterling McCall about the truck and they sent me an all inclusive quote for the truck. They asked if I wanted to come and test drive the truck. So we set an appointment for Saturday morning. My wife and I drove an hour to the dealership and spent two hours there waiting and then test driving the truck. After the test drive the salesman brought a different all inclusive quote for the truck, for $5k more than what I was originally quoted. I showed the salesman the quote that was sent to me, and he went to get his sales manager. The sales manager returned and told me the quote I initially got was a "glitch" and they couldn't honor the quote they originally sent me. We immediately left. A total waste of our Saturday. Don't trust Sterling McCall Toyota. I'm seriously considering a DTPA lawsuit against them.

Oscar added extra charges that i did not ask for to be done on my vehicle. Did not ask me if it was something i wanted to be done. As a woman i feel taken advantage of. I would rather go get my oil change somewhere else.
