My advisor is great, so I always try to book with him.

My advisor is great, so I always try to book with him. The main problem is, this place is always too busy. Having made an appt., I waited almost 3 hours for my 25K-mile service, which is an improvement from my normal wait time on a weekday (weekend wait time is an all-day event, last Saturday the line for Service started on the highway). When the mechanics are this busy, they tend to make mistakes. In my case, today the mechanic(s) recommended an expensive repair because they didn't review my vehicle's history, otherwise they'd see that this work was done and paid for last time. I did remember having it done recently, which is the only reason I avoided paying again for it today. Now I'm compelled to go through my old records to make sure this type of carelessness didn't happen earlier and gone unnoticed. I wish the top people weren't so greedy, because in this case quantity does not transfer into quality. Last time I found an oil container on the passenger seat, the other time (or maybe that same day) - a rag. Based on the combined evidence, I'm concluding that the workers are just too overworked and tired to be fully aware and focused, so I feel uneasy entrusting my vehicle to them.

Hannah always always provide a great customer service. I am happy that Toyota has her in this team. The only bad thing right now the service repair lane is underconstruction and they have a provisional tent. It is work both the lane is long on weekends. I recommend go during the week.

It was a pleasant experience.

It was a pleasant experience. Greeted by valet attendant who guided us where to queue. Service and repair was done in a timely and satisfactory manner. Customer service is very good.

Usually, oil changes are a snap.

Usually, oil changes are a snap. However, today?s oil change took 3 hours. The facility is under construction but i think the service reps were overwhelmed. i guessing it was done on a timely basis but no one let me know if was ready. The ?status? feature was not helpful.

I was greeted by the best employees that I have ever been able to work with. They are so awesome and great to work with. I always look forward to seeing them every time I come to Sterling McCall. I have went to other dealers in the past and no other came to the level of this establishment. I will always go to this place for my car service.

They take people money way too much , literally screw

I went to toyota center for maintenance check yesterday April 17, the moment i got in manager call Javier said you have to do this and that and its will cost $400 something but after they finish its cost $549 for maintenance fee, break oil, air filter and engine oil. Its never cost me that much with other car, and my car is 2020 and its still brand new. St’ t need to change anything and they don’t replace anything. When i check the check for labor they take $300 something. I still have proof. I will never comeback to toyota.

They did not refilled the fluids of radiator and brakes

They did not refilled the fluids of radiator and brakes system, I am customer since 2003 and bought 3 cars at this place and believe it is not the way to treat a good customer.
