I usually don?t write a review unless it?s worthy. Today I came in to your service department for car maintenance and I was assisted by Nelson Flores. From the time I came in he greeted me with smile and explained the process and possible wait time frame which was very important to me. Nelson was professional, knowledgeable and extremely pleasant. He answered all of my questions with confidence which made me feel like my car is in good hands. His communication was on point and when my car was ready, he thanked me for my business and requested for future business. I am very pleased with your service department because of Mr. Flores. He is definitely an asset to your company and I wanted you to know this. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves and this review will be communicated with him. Because of him you now have a lifetime customer.

Came for oil change .

Came for oil change . Appnt time was 11:20 , arrived on time . But left facility at 3:05 . Service advisor ( oscar ) not professional, and rude . tried to push me to buy services , didnt want to listen when i was talking . He needs coaching for sure . Also it was chaos at dealership, cant find service advisor , signs not clear in facility.

It took almost 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation.

It took almost 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation. Only 2 tires rotated instead of 4 tires. Not going back to this dealer!

I waited 6 hours for oil change and tire rotation, no one kept me updated it, and my car key was lost or given to someone else.

My experience was fine.

I am not happy.

I am not happy. I wanted to replace my tires with Michellan tires but the the person who attended me confused and suggested to go for Yokohama tires. I feel very bad for making that choice. Can you do something for it.
