I waited nearly a half hour for my assigned service

I waited nearly a half hour for my assigned service advisor to get to me to check me in. The online status tracker was not kept up to date. They didn’t wash the car, which my Subaru dealers did routinely.

The dealership is in the middle of upgrading so everything is out of place. They had to order my part from out of town. It took little longer than expected. The service writer Hugo was most helpful and kept me updated with everything. Thank you Hugo.

Took in my Camry for routine inspection. My service advisor Rey was friendly and the service was fast. Dealership was under construction but still clean and organized.

Satisfaction.

Satisfaction. We will come back for service. Dealer has fixed the recall and Pedro is a good assistant service manager. I have received the text messages to update my Toyota status during the service.

Service took a long time.

Service took a long time. Nearly 2.5 hours for oil/ filter change. I had a scheduled appointment. There was construction happening which slowed things down. Perhaps so many appointments should not have been scheduled while this was happening.
