Advised to do complete fuel system twice and less than 5k

Advised to do complete fuel system twice and less than 5k miles. Brake fluid exchange twice for a year, not 2 years as recommended.

Dealer has a ton of people in their reception bay, all

Dealer has a ton of people in their reception bay, all walking around with an iPad seemingly to appear busy, but not really concentrating on the customers sitting in their vehicles waiting for them to take care of them, taking what?s seems an inordinate amount of time just moving you through the line.

After getting the number when I first got in the stent

After getting the number when I first got in the stent shop, I waited for about 10 minutes without anyone talking to me. There were only 8-10 vehicles in the tent at the moment. The few vehicles came after me were being processed for service. One of the service manager finally had to walk me over to one service manager and told him to help me. I don?t understand what all the service managers (maybe 30 of them) were doing on their phones and computers and not taking care of a waiting customer.

I went to have my 2022 Sienna serviced.

I went to have my 2022 Sienna serviced. They didn't top up the radiator or windshield levels. It doesn't look like they rotated the tires, and I don't know if they changed the oil. I called customer service and they told me the manager would call me, and I'm still waiting for them to call me today.

Great service at Sterling McCall Toyota. The salesman was very professional. They spotted other problems with the car so repairs can be made before it becomes critical. The oil change was a good price with coupon.

Took my truck to sterling mc call toyota to replace the

Took my truck to sterling mc call toyota to replace the defective rim they installed sold to me by a certain andrew from parts dept.and pedro from service log me in for a 1hr to 2hr job he said one piece of rim but unfortunately more than 4 hrs of wait to replace a FACTORY DEFECT rim according to pedro that they installed shout out to this two guys and 2nd time to get factory defect parts from this dealer no more third time.

The service was great.

The service was great. My service advisor was awesome. She kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and she valued my time. Lots of construction are happening at this dealer and I wished if they close one section at a time.
