I am partial to Sterling McCall as I have bought in 3

I am partial to Sterling McCall as I have bought in 3 Acura and 3 Lexus in the past. Today I had a routine service done and I?m a bit disappointed. My skid plate on my TRD pro was improperly installed and I noticed a missing aluminum washer. Now I can?t for certain know how this happen but it would be ideal to be made aware of this issue prior to leaving the dealership.

So everyone was great.

So everyone was great....the only problem I had was my recirculation button was not working after I had my wife AC actuator on the passenger side replaced a few months back. It worked fine before that was ever fixed, but now I have to pay 2900$ to replace that. I still gave them 4 stars because of the professionalism they showed and let me know what was wrong and my options to fix. I still believe it was damaged after the work from the first time. But that's another story.

I sat there waiting for over 2 hours for an ?express? lube. I will never go back again. They are getting a remodel and the entire place is in disarray
