Have always had great experiences buying multiple Audis over the years, but this was the first time purchasing after a lease end. Liked my RS5 so much, I decided to purchase and process was seamless and convenient. Obtained my own financing and Audi Arrowhead handled the entire transaction in a short time with zero inconvenience. Would recommend working with them, as I have had many deals with no issues and have always been treated well.

The vast majority of the transaction was smooth. I would give 5 stars, but MyAudi connect is still not working with my car. It connected before we left the dealer and has not worked since. I purchased my car for my business and one major reason I bought an Audi was because of the connected software and app. I cannot even use the app as designed and it is preventing me from operating my business as I had planned. This is a major customer dissatisfaction point for me. If this was working as designed and as expected, I would have given 5 stars, but here we are 2+ weeks later and it's not fixed.

Knowledgeable excellent customer service and care given every step of way during the transaction process. Louis explained all the car features in details and if I didn’t understand went over the features again. Definitely knows how to service the customers needs.

Service writer, David, was great. Went in for 90k service. Had a major oil leak, he was very informative and upfront with the timing and pricing. 4 stars cause I can’t stand these surveys and rating stuff.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was serviced on a timely basis and the work was excellent!

Overall this was an extremely positive experience. I highly recommend Audi Arrowhead for anyone that wants an experienced sales staff that knows their product.
