Audi Arrowhead

Always a great experience at Audi Arrowhead. With or without an appointment David gets my car in and out and finds a way to get me to home or work if I can’t wait.

I worked with Maurice and it was a pleasant experience overall. I came in to look at a used Mercedes E400. The price was right, so only the trade in on my car was in question. They gave me an offer lower than what I wanted, so I wound up leaving the dealership that evening. Both Maurice and the sales manager were pleasant with me, neither trying to push me into a deal. After thinking it over that evening, I decided to go ahead with the purchase. They had my new car cleaned up (even though it was already clean as it was) while I went through the finance process. The finance individual was also pleasant with me and didn't try to push me into any of the products finance offered (I declined all of them). Overall, my purchase experience was easy-going and I would not hesitate purchasing another vehicle from them. The only thing in this process that needs improvement is the time it takes to buy the vehicle. I showed up at 9am and did not leave until about 1:30PM. There certainly can be some streamlining in regulations that would permit car dealerships to be more efficient in car purchase transactions.

I had the best experience with the service department at Audi arrowhead! They were forthcoming and informative every step of the way. And when my car wasn’t ready when they thought it was gonna be ready, I was given a loaner to drive, which allowed my family and me to be able to deliver food to the homeless on Thanksgiving! I will never go anywhere else to have my car looked at and if I ever get a new car it’s going to be an Audi and it’s going to be purchased from Audi arrowhead! They provided me peace of mind, and there is no price that can be put on peace of mind!

The service was incredible! Due to the holiday, the time for completion was going to take longer than expected, so we were given a loaner vehicle to do our errands while we waited. Everyone was helpful, kind and personal in interacting with us. A full explanation and discussion of the service was given. We highly recommend!
