Horrible service experience for an oil change.

Horrible service experience for an oil change. Didn’t want to honor their Web advertised service and did not allow my Audi Club membership discount. Waited for over 2 hours for my oil change. Heard other service rep use the web promotion I had a reservation for, talk to customers on the phone. Been a long time Audi owner, will look for another dealership for service next time.

Had an issue with the right rear tail light assembly.

Had an issue with the right rear tail light assembly. My service advisor Brandon Russell took over and got me right in where the technician found the problem and the parts were ordered. Within two days the parts showed up and Brandon got me right back in to correct the issue with the new parts. Now that is how it is supposed to work. The whole team deserves at least a 10 on a scale of 1 to 5. Very satisfied customer, Jim Lally.

Car Buying Experience

The entire team at Audi Arrowhead was five star. My salesman, Brandon Anderson, was professional, courteous, responsive, patient and not pushy or aggressive. He was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and was communicative (whether by phone, email or text). The experience was void of any pressure, and an all around great experience in car buying.
