Mice, friendly people.

Mice, friendly people. No gimmicks, straightforward buying process. No pressure, gave us all the time and info to make a decision. Good explanation of options for loans, warranties, etc.

Aaron was my service advisor was very knowledgeable, professional and personable he kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicles servicing was 99% satisfied with my visit which did not come without a hiccup I had set the appt up 3 weeks in advance and requested a loaner and was assured at that time one would be ready for me knowing my car would need to be left overnight for diagnosis of a sensor issue upon arrival no loaner was available as was promised and there was no record of the request. I was told they use a call center to book appointments and they have no idea if a loaner is gonna be available even though they assured me it would be reserved. Aaron did provide Lyft to get me home and pick me up and was very apologetic but a dealership the size of automation should be able to do much better, yes I will go back here for my next servicing but will schedule the appointment directly with my service advisor to assure a loaner will be available if needed

Scheduled an oil change and arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Was taken in right away. Service visit took about an hour and 45 minutes.

I own 2021 Audi A8.

I own 2021 Audi A8. I first leased this car and then purchased it as my lease end option. Everyone at Audi Arrowhead treats me so well that I am considering to purchase another Audi A8 for my next car. They have excellent autonation maintenance package as well.
