Great customer service
Cochran GMC of Robinson always makes routine maintenance and other service needs a pleasant experience,. Great service writers like Don Seaton always try to get my vehicle in when I need it and have never had to keep my GMC 2500HD longer than promised!

second rate customer
horrible customer service no integrity I am a second rate customer. told first come first serve but not for you. I had appointment going to buy it and then told nope we have to wait and see if someone from out off state wants it. My appointment was made first. I was getting there first I had a check ready to buy. Basically told by manager I am a second rate customer. oh yeah here is the good part TWICE it has happened to me same place same car. Our #1 goal is to make sure that your experience is stellar from start to finish. this statement is a lie you wait dealership stinks.

Awful Awful Service Dept
Service rep was rude, work not done that was suppose to be. Was told to call me when my car was done never did. I called and svc rep said yep it's done and hung up on me. Will never go there again. I would rather drive farther and pay more then deal with these awful people. Wish I could give 5 NEGATIVE stars.

Our experience with #1 Cochran has been very positive. We told our salesperson, Justin Taylor, what we were interested in doing and he was able to fulfill our wishes to a tee. Everyone we came in contact with was pleasant, professional and helpful.

#1 Cochran Service Experience
I recently bought a 2015 Jeep Renegade from #1 Cochran. I went to get my first free complimentary service and I have never been to the Robinson #1 Cochran before (bought my vehicle at Natrona Heights). When I first got there (around 12:50pm) another young lady arrive at the same time as me and was getting the same service. Before sitting in the waiting room I confirmed with the service agent that they would be doing an oil change, filters, and tire rotation and that unfortunately this would take an hour for them to do this. The service agent, Don, said yes. As I sat in the waiting room, the young lady that arrived the same time as me got to leave with her clean vehicle at 1:30pm. Finally, at 2:10pm my vehicle was done. Don came out and tossed this piece of paper and said your vehicle is done and outside have a nice day and walked away. I then sat in the waiting room reviewing my receipt, I noticed that it just said oil change and my address was spelled wrong. Before returning to my vehicle I went back to Don's office and let him know my address was spelled wrong and confirmed that they only did a oil change and did not rotate my tires. He said it does not matter that my address is spelled wrong and yes they only did an oil change. I went to my car to find it unwashed. Now I am no expert at vehicles but for my career I work for a car company and I know an oil changes do not take an hour. My pervious vehicle was a Nissan and every time I brought my vehicle to the Nissan dealership they always washed the outside without me having to say anything. All and all I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at #1 Cochran and now embarrassed that I spend lots of money on one of their vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I described exactly what i wanted out of my vehicle and explained what i wanted to pay, and Steve exceeded my expectations, & set us up payments that met my familys budget. The team was professional and responsive. Did not feel pressured. Brad was excellent to work with and made sure that everything was taken care of properly. My parents have been Cochran customers for 10+ years and insisted I go to a Cochran dealership when the time came. Glad I listened.

Great, Honest, Service
I brought my Terrain in because I heard a squealing sound when I would back out of my driveway in the morning. When I arrived for my appointment at the dealership, the service person that I spoke with immediately took it for a drive and let me know that it was probably not the brakes, but just a result of moisture on the brakes when I would leave my house in the morning. I asked him to go ahead and inspect them anyways since the car was there. They looked my car over, determined the rotors needed to be cut and there was no charge! I was extremely pleased with the the service people and technicians honesty! I would highly recommend #1 Cochran GMC.
