Outstanding customer experience.
I have had nothing but the best customer service from multiple employees there at Cochran at GMC/Buick dealership and service department. My experience with Ian in the service department had always been outstanding. He is so kind, understanding, and very informative. He had gone above and beyond to help me and is thorough. Dale is a manager within the sales or finance department there, and I saw him in passing. He rememebered who I was and my family. It's an amazing feeling to have as a customer to have such a great experience and be treated as a dear friend. Both of these employees are a huge asset to the company. I will always buy my vehicles there and use the service department.

Great, friendly service
We recently purchased a new GMC Acadia through #1 Cochran during this Holiday's busiest shopping week. The staff was quick and helpful and the transaction went very smooth for the amount of customers coming in and out. Our kids were welcomed by all staff. Nate took time to show us many different options along with the sales manager Matt doing everything they could to get us into the vehicle we wanted. I was a returning lease customer from another dealership and it was easy to see that we made the right choice in changing our business over to them.

Prompt correction of bill
There was some confusion about the dealership's free inspection with a paid emission inspection policy. I was charged for the exempt emission inspection even though Butler County does not require one. When I mentioned this in my initial survey, the service manager immediately contacted me, explained why there was this confusion (that the paid emission requirement is only for counties the require one), and refunded my payment in full. I was very happy how the dealership handled a misunderstanding in a professional and prompt manner.
