Jon was very accommodating.

Jon was very accommodating. He was pleasant, helpful and followed through with a good deal on a pre-owned vehicle. Would definitely recommend him, and the dealership. No haggle pricing and good financing options.

They did a top end engine rebuild for my L83.

They did a top end engine rebuild for my L83. The work was good, but my Tahoe was in their shop for over two weeks for what was three or four days worth of work at the most. They did over me a loaner car though, so I can't really complain.

Great friendly service.

Great friendly service. Completed the work and free oil change as they said they would. Covered the seat and floor and kept the inside clean.

This has been my worst experience ever.

This has been my worst experience ever. Vehicle arrived to the shop on 3/10. Parts were on back order with no updates. No one ever answers the phone or calls back. When they do call back they tell you to stand by your phone as your vehicle is almost finished and they will call. Never received a call. Person who told me my vehicle was ready knew he made a mistake, never followed up then called off two days and still no follow up. Received another call from manager that it would be ready and again that was pushed back and never updated me on what was happening. When i finally got my car back after 38 days they told me one of the reasons it was delayed was because it needed to be washed. Pretty sure they washed it with dust because it was not cleaned. They put a plastic floor mat down after they already placed several grease stain foot prints. It’s not even worth brining it back as I can see this taking another 90 days to correct/return. From the lack of communication and professionalism I will never go back or recommend

We chose our vehicle after looking online and finding the one we wanted. We contacted Cochran Buick who got us in touch with salesman Tom Ley. We made a deal over the phone and went in to pick up our vehicle. Tom was very helpful in securing the vehicle and helping with financing as well as getting acquainted with it. There is an ongoing issue with the vehicle and Tom has been very forthright in keeping us apprised of what is happening with the service. Overall, we are pleased with Tom‘s attentiveness, but not happy that the vehicle has been in the shop for 10 days.
