Easy quick great pulled in with my 16 Denali left with an 18. Sales team was great as always! Financing was easy. Third new truck from Cochran.

A total blessed experience.

From beginning to end Donel and Paul were amazing and treated me like family. Made sure I had an awesome car and knew the answers to all of my questions. I wouldn't go ANYWHERE else to purchase a vehicle. Not knocking the other personnel but these two Men went above and beyond their duties. Excellent customer service and a great all around experience. They have my total commitment as a lifelong and satisfied customer.

Car is awesome.

Great Experience!

As a woman and having little knowledge about cars, going into a dealership I was worried I'd be over charged for a vehicle. Well I can say that from the start Donel was very pleasant and made me feel at ease during the process. He listened to everything I was looking for in a car and I let him know what payments I could afford. I was pretty specific about what I wanted and he found a few vehicles for me to choose from. I narrowed it down to an Acadia, which I love. The process was a lot better than what I thought. Donel certainly made sure he was transparent with all of the information through the process. I will certainly refer my friends to him.

Best Experience Ever!!!!

I recently purchased a car through Cochran and the experience I had was just flat out amazing!! Donel was the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He made the experience of buying a car very enjoyable and very easy for me. He did such an amazing job of making the experience one of a kind. Throughout the whole process I felt very comfortable and relaxed. I could NOT have asked for a better salesman or a better dealership to buy from! The whole process was easy, simple, and most importantly it was a very fun time! Everybody at the dealership was very friendly and kind and I could tell that they cared about everybody who walked through the door. I just absolutely loved my experience at Cochran, and I would highly reccomend them to anybody!!!!!

No impressed at all.

Made appointment to see a Truck on a Sat. Called many times to get info on truck before making the trip in from Ligonier. Only to get there and find out the Truck was still not run through their 201 point inspection like I told was done 3 weeks earlier. It was a bucket of rust and really over priced. Not impressed. Then when I got there the salesman told me I would have to wait to look at it because someone else was looking at it the same time. Why make a appointment if they can't it.

Worst Brake job

I had my Hummer H2 towed in September 7, 2017 i was Quoted a price for all new brake lines, once I went to pick it up 10 days later on 20th of September he Don Seaton change price from 736.00 to 938.00 .He never called and gave me any ideal that price changed when he called me to come pick h2 up 10 days later . I looked h2 over and no brake line that was installed was put back into its proper place securing it from line vibration, on top of that on December 11,2017 I went to drive H2 and lost my brakes leaving out of my driveway due to new brake line rubbing on Steering Shaft. I have called and left messages and did not receive return call and now when i call and then send it to a line that nobody answers not even a machine .I need to get a response soon or be paid for improper installation of brake line and brake failure repair cost.

Diagnosed the problem with my 2015 GMC Yukon!

I am working in the area from out-of-state and had taken my vehicle to another dealership closer to work. The diagnosis they gave did not make since according to the "symptoms" and that fix was expensive. So I called #1 Cochran and made an appointment for a second opinion. They got it in the next day and found the "root" of the problem quickly...and this actual fix was way less expensive than the one that wouldn't have fixed it. Thanks Don!!
