Nice people in the Service Dept, but need to learn how to...

Nice people in the Service Dept, but need to learn how to be honest with their customers. I made an appt for 9 a.m. and was there on time. Left the car for a dealer instsalled option, was told they would put their "Master Tech" right on it. I called at 1 pm and the car hadn't been looked at. I was told it should be done by close of business. Received a voice mail after close of business indicating it probably wouldn't be done. Supposed to be done first thing next morning. Long story short, I didn't get my car back until the afternoon of the next day. I would have had no problem with this if I had known ahead of time. Even then, offering me an alternative of another day would have been fine. I realize things come up, but for the love of Pete, communicate with your customers. My husband runs a global medical service organization, and this is not how they treat their customers.

Quick and easy process. Got exactly what we wanted for trade and for the new vehicle. Honest and friendly staff. I would recommend them going over the car fax info before they have you interested and signing papers on a vehicle.
