Good dealership. Only complaint is too much paper work for me. Rich Sousa was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of extra gifts. Good price on used Edge.

One of the worst Dealership experiences I have ever had....

One of the worst Dealership experiences I have ever had. Vehicle I was looking at was marked down and I was told for black Friday and when I called to set appointment they said they would honor price. Verified that with sales person when I arrived and printed it out so I had it with me. After deciding to make the purchase was told they couldn't honor the price "it was a mistake". Then when they were finalizing the paperwork was told the car was being inspected and everything checked out fine. Come to find out later that weekend the inspection sticker in the window under tires was marked in red "requires immediate attention". So now they sell me a car with 2 bald front summer only tires and won't do anything about it. After driving the car for 140 miles the check engine light comes on and now still nothing resolved as of 1/6. Will never recommend this dealership to anyone and will actually let everyone know to steer clear. Fraudulent misrepresentation written all over this place IMO. Whatever happened to integrity, honesty and doing the right thing.

I had an issue with the brakes and rotors that were...

I had an issue with the brakes and rotors that were recently installed. When I took it back to be fixed, the service department took care of the problem quickly and professionally. And my car is like new! Thanks.
