I’m a little over 3 hours away.

I’m a little over 3 hours away. I found a F150 on their website that was pretty well what I was looking for. I called and ask how “clean” it was, and asked for a best and final price. I explained that If the priced worked for me, I would leave immediately and come buy it, and if they preferred to not lower it a little, no harm no foul, I’m just not your guy. The salesman called me back and said it was priced wrong on the website and was going to raise it 2,000 and reminded me of their 695 documentation fees. It’s been two weeks, they still have truck listed and priced 800 cheaper than it was. Some sort of scam dealership, or just ignorant at sales? You decide. But I’d sure stay away.

Was passed through 3 different salesmen.

Was passed through 3 different salesmen. Car seized up half way home. Contacted the salesman. He never called back. The finance guy called back and said “that’s too bad, good thing you bought the extended warranty”. Never heard from them again. Absolute trash of a dealership. Luckily had vehicle towed to a 5 star Ford dealership close to where the vehicle broke down who ended up taking great care of me.

Do not purchase from this dealership.

Do not purchase from this dealership. I purchased a used Cadillac that looked in good shape and salesman Rich said it's in near mint condition. I had it shipped to NY . It was out of gas coming off the trailer which Rich promised to send me fuel cards , NEVER did. I drove it to work one the next day. Had to go straight to repair shop for 3600$ in am new suspension work . Dealer wouldn't help me unless I signed a release form stating they did nothing wrong.THEY KNOWING SOLD ME A DAMAGED VEHICLE!!

The Cadillac was a local trade in and passed all Missouri Vehicle Inspection requirements. Though it was sold as-is and everything was disclosed we knew, we still tried to make right with the additional issues you provided us from a shop in NY. Haley mock was the one that helped me out. Super nice, straight forward, and doesn't make you feel rushed into buying a new vehicle. (Nor does she try any of those annoying salesperson tactics of trying to say "we have a thousand people looking at getting this vehicle, so id make your decision now if I were you"). Plus bonus point for the cool drawings she has on/around her desk. Lol

I’ve never dealt with a car dealership where I actually

I’ve never dealt with a car dealership where I actually felt like they had absolutely no desire to sell me a vehicle. All was fine until I asked for the “Out the door” price, then things turned cold in a hurry! All I got were basically one word answers to my questions. I’m not from the same state as this dealer is in so maybe that’s why they had a bee up their xxx I don’t know but I sure as xxxx wouldn’t do business with them.
