Excellent place
I have always gone there for service and they have been nothing but great. I bought my car at Audi Grapevine and had a horrible experience so I started coming here. They are polite, easy to talk to, and not pushy for services you don’t need. This is especially important for me since women are sometimes treated like idiots at dealerships. I will continue going to them as long as I have my car!

Scheduled service & state inspection
Thanks Andrew for the courtesy car and timely updates. We were leaving on vacation and when a problem developed with their state inspection machine they were able to partner with a competing dealership to get it performed since we would not be back in town in time to get my vehicle registered before it expired.

Great Service and great Customer Service- Honest!
After 3 bad experiences at other Audi dealerships in Dallas I took my Audi to Audi Ft Worth. They were straight forward, honest , fast and fair. Their price for the same repair was almost $2000. less than the other Audi dealership I had first gotten an estimate from! And Audi Ft Worth had the part in stock. No hassles under promised and over delivered! I highly recommend!

lied to me
I bought Honda Odyssey Was told they check out car and stand behind quality On the way home 30 min after I bought car ac broke and car stated to vibrate bad Turns out motor mounts are bad and they knew this and sold me this car anyway When I called to get my money back or get car fixed just hours after I bought it the said car was sold as is too bad !!! Was just quoted 750-1000 to repair They are a piece of xxxx !!!!! DO T BUY A CAR HERE

Do not purchase a car from Audi Fort Worth!!
Do not purchase a car from Audi Fort Worth!! We purchased a certified pre-owned 2018 Q5 several months ago. They did not give us our license plates citing a delay with their headquarters and the DMV. We are on our second set of temp tags that are about to expire. We also just brought our car in to get a faulty drivers side window fixed. We are wondering if there was non-disclosed work done on this car before we bought it. We found out that the previous GM of Audi used to own our car and now there is a problem with the title. We get a different story each time from people like Mike McLeod. We requested follow up from Mr. Pedro Palenzuela (GM) with no luck. This is a very frustrating situation because it feels like we are in a stolen car. Please really do your homework with this place! You need to know what you are getting into.
