I always ask prior to appointment how long it will take. If over an hour, I request a courtesy car. I was told upon purchasing the car I would get a courtesy car, NO PROBLEM, every time I was in for service. Johnnie B, was my salesman. Everyone is very courteous. Unfortunately, I end up waiting over two hours. Even for a tire change. I requested a car yesterday, was denied, because a tire change takes 35 mins. After two hours and 15 minutes, I get my car. I do think the service writer washed and brought my car to me herself. It’s really a deal breaker for me. I am the daughter of a dealership Owner. I have no patience.

Roller coaster ride
These 5 stars are based on my most recent visit because other times they deserved a 1. Service here is like a roller coaster of emotions and I never know if it’s going to be up or down. With that being said, they’ve always allowed me to express my concerns and they are nothing but courteous about it (at least to my face). I’ve been coming here a few years now and praised them better than dallas or Plano. I’ve seen the changes and dips in customer service since the original owner Baillargeon sold to a corporation, but I can see an improvement. I appreciate that.

Great Experience
I came in for service for my A8 and left with an additional preowned Q7. This team: JohnB, David and Tie gained a dedicated customer yesterday. Can't brag enough on the pleasant experience we had and very much in contrast to the one I had (neg. experience) with a California dealership earlier in the year. This place rocks!!!

Overall disappointing
I brought my car in because the window had been busted when my car was broken into. I cleaned up 95% of the glass before I brought it in. The part was not ordered like I was told the day prior, I could not get in contact with my service rep for updates, and when I picked my car a few days later there is still shards of glass in the seat crevices. I will not return to this location for anything.

Always a dread
I have nothing nice to say about this dealership. Tried buying my car here and they couldn’t help me, I had to go to plano for that. I get my car serviced here ONLY because it is down the street from my house. Talking to someone to schedule my appointment is a pain and they are normally very short or have no clue what you are asking. I have left a message for customer service to call me back twice...once was last year...they other last month...still waiting on those phone calls. My car decided it wanted to speak German to me and to fix that I have to buy a “software update”? I don’t want a software update I just want it to speak English like when I first bought it. I could go on but I will just leave it at this. Worst dealership I have ever had to deal with.
