I am not knocking the company

I have a 1999 Hyundai Accent. Now I know as the years past technology changes and my car was getting harder to repair. On my next to last visit I had a "new" or so i thought it was new catalylic converter installed. This part cost me almost 300 dollars. Well it corrected the the problem for a month and the same problem popped up. Well i was really tired of putting money into this car and I bought another car(sorry Hyundai I couldn't bring myself to buy another one) well I was preparing my car to be sold and as the mechanic was looking at it he found wires on top of the motor where the Hyundai service person replaced the wires and plug and he said if they had fell into the other belts I could have been injured or injured someone else, the converter was not so new it was rebuilt. Why wasn't I told this? This mechanic had nothing to gain for I was not going to have anything repaired. he was telling me what was wrong so I could get a little money for the car. I and confused why fix it if you are going to use reused or rebuilt parts for older Hyundai's? I was told by the mechanic to bring the car back to you but I would have to have it towed and it just wasn't worth it to me at that time I was past done. But I do thank you for the years you kept my car running. It seems with the changing of service personnel the quality of service went down in my opinion.

Hi Mozella -- thanks for the feedback! I've taken some time to look at the service history on your Accent ... we have not replaced the catalytic converter. We replaced the O2 sensor in front of the catalytic converter on November 15. Your cat converter was still functional. Thank you for letting us serve you over the past few years. In the last 2 months, we have raised the talent level in our service department. Andrew, our master technician, has a background in high end German automobiles (BMW, VW, Audi), and has taken our diagnostics and repairs to a higher level. Best buying experience.

Hendersonville Hyundai is just wonderful. I have purchased two vehicles there in the last eight months. This last time was even better than the first time. Tim Anderson was my representative and has become a close friend. I have never felt that I was ever being pressured into a sale. Pleasantly surprised by the new HYUNDAI SANTA FE!!

This was my second purchase with the Hallmark auto group and I was very pleased with both of my experiences! They were very responsive to my needs and ensuring they did everything they could to satisfy them. Our salesperson, Marcelo, did a great job of providing constant updates throughout the process. I typically dread shopping for a new vehcile because the process tends to be very time-consuming with little to no reward at the end. Not this time! Marcelo and Suzette (F&I) did a great job of getting me and my family in and out in our new SANTA FE and we LOVE IT!!! Thank you all for a very good experience and we look forward to future transactions with you and your staff!!!

Love My Hyundai!!

Shout out to Tim Anderson for making me (a very tough customer indeed), a happy camper. I had a most pleaseant buying experience and am SUPER EXCITED to be driving my ne Elantra! This is my second New Hyundai and I am looking forward to loving my new car as much as I still love the first one. My daughter is going to love my 2005 Sonata for quite a while to come. Indeed the Best Experience Exceeding Excellence

We have never had an easy experience buying a vehicle until now. Wow, we were amazed at the no haggle, they were very generous with my trade in and the customer service was outstanding Dan Healy was very down to earth, knowledgeable and treated you with respect and like he was our best friend and the paperwork process was fast and efficient. This was the easiest car purchase I ever had. Eron, salesman, was excellent. He was personable, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Hallmark Hyundai.

Top Notch!

I recently purchased a pre-owned car from Hallmark Hyundai. I drive 40K miles per year for work. With that being the case, I buy a lot of cars. This was by far the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. The entire team at Hallmark are professional and friendly; very impressive customer service. Dan Healy was the salesman I worked with. He made the process about as simple as it could be. Dan was great to work with! I got a great deal on the car and actually enjoyed the buying process; which never happens. I will absolutely recommend Hallmark Hyundai to others without reservation.

Great Customer Service!

I just bought a Hyundai Elantra at Hallmark Hyundai. Wow- how great are they! I was greeted by friendly employees the second I walked inside. I already knew which car I wanted to test drive, and by the end of the drive, I was ready to buy it. I worked with Eron on buy the car. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The last time I bought a car somewhere else, the salesman acted like I must be stupid and talked down to me a lot. Not Eron- he was professional and courteous! While waiting on my paperwork to get finished, several people offered me water/soda and snacks. The paperwork process was a breeze. I am completely in love with my car, but if I'm ever in the market for another one, I'll go back to Hallmark. I've even already recommended them to several friends looking to buy newer cars.
