My experience is with the sevice department. For one repair they kepy my car for 3 months claiming they weren't able to get a part. Then it was because of construction. Then I took it back for a warranty repair. I made an appointment, dropped it off the day before and at the end of the day the repair had not been started. I was told an apointment only meant the would try and get it in. Now they are saying the car will be there another day for the repair. DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT.

I highly recommend Hallmark Hyundai dealership to anyone searching for a new vehicle. My experience there was exceptional, largely due to Darrel, the sales manager, and Anthony, the salesperson. From the moment I walked in, they welcomed and guided me throughout the process, going above and beyond to ensure I drove away in the car I wanted. Reggie from financing also provided excellent support, carefully addressing the contract details and being thorough and patient throughout the financing process. Their professionalism and extensive knowledge of the Hyundai lineup were evident as they guided me through various vehicle options within my price range, answering all my questions with clear explanations. They took the time to understand my needs, financial situation, and preferences, ultimately helping me find the perfect vehicle. Hallmark Hyundai has gone from 5 Stars to 2 Stars over last 6-7 months. Still trying to get correct trailer wiring harness for my car 2023 Palisade XRT) bought very early May 2023 Car has 1 recall dealership used my recall parts on another vehicle Just hung up phone w Service who told me they couldn’t do Oil & Filter change until Late October 2024 LOF changes are supposed to be free Original Sales person and Sales Mgr were outstanding Service was arranged thru them and wasn’t an issue Nether are with the Dealership any more Have left multiple calls w Dealership that are not returned Have made in line Service appointment requests with no response Currently, can NOT Recommend this Dealership due to terrible Service experiences Would like to talk to Dealership General Manager

Manager did not keep his word to customer
Before finalizing the purchase of a Hyundai Sonata 2023, I raised the issue of our non-functional 2015 Sonata with Cheyenne. She promptly consulted her manager, Steve, who assured me that they would tow the vehicle to their service department once I obtained a diagnosis. Steve even generously offered to cover the towing expenses and expressed a definite interest in purchasing the car. After obtaining the diagnosis, I reached out to Cheyenne, who directed me back to Steve. However, despite providing him with the mechanic's name and phone number, Steve failed to follow through with contacting the mechanic directly. My attempts to reach out to Steve and request a callback went unanswered. This experience left me feeling disappointed and betrayed, as Steve did not uphold his commitment to us. It's disheartening to encounter such business practices that make customers feel neglected after a purchase. I had intended to buy an SUV from Hallmark and had another son interested in trading his 2015 S 550 for a Hyundai. However, due to this unfortunate situation, I have decided to switch to a Toyota dealership instead.

BUYER BEWARE!
I bought a brand new Santa Fe in 2019 from this specific dealership. The service needed on this vehicle was absolute BASIC the entire time owning, am currently about to trade in for ANYTHING else. I have always had issues scheduling this vehicle for anything, right down to the basic oil change. Today, after waiting 2 1/2 weeks for nothing but an oil change, I was told by "Davie" they were refusing to even service my vehicle. His reasoning, of which I have screenshots of EVERYTHING to prove him wrong, I called them out on Facebook for falsifying their service department hours. They were an hour late opening today, this man says a CUSTOMER is REQUIRED to check their Facebook page for updates on ANYTHING. I feel as though blocking me & deleting my comments on their FB page is shady and falsifying!

Disappointed customer
Just wanted to share my experience with Hallmark Hyundai and Nashville Hyundai as well. I bought a 2013 Veloster Turbo from a used car lot in Hendersonville, TN June of 2020. 6 days later the car broke down and the used car lot towed it to Hallmark Hyundai and they said it would be 2 to 3 weeks before they could get to it. So they towed it to Nashville Hyundai and after replacing the turbo twice, ignition coils, spark plugs, waste gate, cylinders and 7 months later they said it was fixed. Broke down again in June of 2021, so we filed a consumer complaint with Hyundai corporate and took them 4 weeks to get back with me they told us to take it to Hallmark Hyundai and let them diagnose the problem. (it wouldn't stay running and would just die or not start and made a loud screeching noise when accelerated and lose power). So We did in July of 2021 and after a month they said it was the transmission and the exhaust needed to be replaced and that would fix the car. So they did. Now it's October and they said it was fixed. $1128.00 later out of my pocket the car broke down and died right in front of there dealership that day. Took it back again and it is still there now today Dec. 2021 and I haven't heard anything from them and I have had to go down there to get updates each because they wouldn't return my calls and no communication at all. The last time i have heard from them was the end of October and they said just they just don't know what is wrong with my car. Not that they care we have to continue to pay for a car that doesn't get fixed and we have no spare vehicle. I ask Hallmark, if this was your car how would you feel? The car has been sitting in the same spot at Hallmark since, with no communication from them at all!!! Filing consumer complaints does not help in any way. We continue to receive responses " just take to the dealership and pay more money to have them figure out the problem! This is a Hyundai vehicle and has only been repaired by Hyundai. Between our out of pocket expenses and what our extended warranty has covered it is in excess of $8000 for a vehicle that is probably not worth it at this point. Disgusted with the manufacture, the corporate offices and dealerships at this point.

THE BEST SERVICE AND DEALS
My daughter and I went to look at inventory. We both ended up purchasing a 2022 car. Her’s is a Venue and mine is a Tucson. David was our salesman and so great to work with. In fact Mr Dodson even came out and stood and talked with us for 45 minutes. We chose Hallmark because they do so much for Hendersonville via donations and helping charities do we decided to give back to them. Thank you for the great Csrs and deals.
