I contacted John Ferguson just before Christmas when my vehicle died. I was stressed and didn't think there would be any way to get rid of my dead car and get into something else, without killing my budget. John was amazing! He talked me through the process, appraised my car and got me back some unbelievable numbers. I was thrilled and with my recent lemon experience, I was very excited about the 100,000 warranty Hyundai offers. With the help of John and Steve Vallar, I test drove a 2011 Sonata and fell in love. The whole process was easy, practical and even fun! Every employee had a smile on their face and were ready to assist or offer a cup of coffee or water. I am a fan for life and am enjoying my new(er) car. The Hallmark Hyundai team was the best and I would definitely encourage you to buy local with them!

Wonderfully Amazing
My car buying experience was made simply wonderfully amazing by Hallmark Hyundai. I started my car shopping online and as I was contacting different dealerships the customer services I was provided (specifically by Denise) at Hallmark Hyundai was truthfully the best (and trust me it wasn?t as so with other dealerships) and they even stated that it was there priority to provide such an experience when I first contacted them and they stuck to their word. Denis worked hard to provide an offer that was unbeatable and with such efficient wonderful amazing customer service Hallmark Hyundai had my business. Next to finalize the sale on the offer I was directed to Marcelo. Marcelo was also very much helpful and patient in working to get the down payment, financing information, gather necessary paper work (as I was an out of state purchaser) and getting the car ready for me to pick up. The final day I picked the car up was as consistent as the other days of efficient wonderful amazing service by Hallmark Hyundai. I was greeted wonderfully by Helen then met with Marcelo and finally I signed the paper work with Julie who took the time to explain any sections of the paper work I had questions on. Overall the process of buying a car from Hallmark Hyundai to me was what I would call simply wonderfully amazing and if you?re looking to buy a car I would highly and definitely recommend you to contacting them!

As a woman buying a car alone, I was treated with respect. My questions were listened to and answered. Tim Anderson and his team went above and beyond, even getting my car from Cookeville because they had the color I wanted. Dave in finance was also amazing!

This was our first purchase of a Hyundai. Every encounter and step of the process modeled excellence and professionalism. Very helpful
After eight months of shopping for a new vehicle I decided on a 2013 Veloster Base. Hallmark's staff were very friendly and informative. Even though there were a couple snags along the way involving my trade, my sales person (Tim) was quick to offer solutions to get me in the vehicle I decided on. After a couple errands on my end to take care of some loose ends I had my vehicle. The sales manager (Russell) was able to get my financing at half of what I had been quoted at another dealership. It was a very good experience all the way around.

Wonderful experience
I purchased a 2013 Veloster and would recommend Hallmark to anyone. Tim Anderson was great. He had an answer for every question I had. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the perfect car for a price that worked for me, even getting it from another dealership. Thank you Tim and Hyundai.

My experience at Hyundai Hallmark of Hendersonville was excellent. This is the second car I have bought from Marcelo, and he helped make my car buying experience wonderful each time.
