I just purchased a 2012 Nissan Versa today. I went in prepared, knew what I wanted, and what my budget was. Tim helped me from the time I entered the parking lot until I drove away with my car. He was very professional, didn't push, answered all my questions, and was very easy to work with. I was quoted a price for my vehicle a couple of days ago, and today when I went to test drive it, they had raised the price considerably. When I told them I was quoted a much lower price, that is what they sold it to me for. They also gave me more than fair value for my trade-in. I appreciated the non-stressful car buying experience. Ask for Tim!

Terrible
Called about a car a couple of times throughout the week and set up a test drive 2 days before I was going to drive 150 miles out of my way to come see it. Before I got in my car to drive to the dealership, I called one more time to make sure it was there and they said it was and it'd be cleaned up and ready for my test drive. When I arrived 2 and half hours later, the salesman seemed nervous and then the used car manager came over and told me he had sent it to auction that morning because it needed too many parts. I just politely walked out. Never go to this dealership. The place is a joke.

Avoid Hallmark Hyundai
My husband and I were looking for a car for our daugther. Hallmark Hyundai had what we was looking for on their website. So we contracted them and set up a time and date to drive the car. We recevied confirmation by e-mail: "This is a reminder of the VIP appointment you set on Tuesday January 28, 2013 at 10:45am. When you arrive please ask for the Sales Manager Russell Mays. He will be expecting you and has hand picked your Product Specialist who will have the vehicle(s) that you wish to see cleaned, gassed up, and ready for a VIP appointment" .On the 3 hour drive, one way, a representative called to make sure we was still coming for our appointment. We told her yes, we was about 45 minutes away from the dealership. Upon arrival, we ask to see the Sales Manager and was told he wasn't there and would not be there till afternoon. We told the saleperson we was there to test drive a car. We were then informed the car was at the shop getting cleaned up and checked out and would not be available until that was completed, the following day. The salesperson called the Sales Manager and explained the situation. The Sales Manager came to the car lot (not happy becasue he had to come in early and he let us know that). He was rude and acted like he didn't care if we brought the car or not. He never apologize to us. We were told we could either return or they would deliver it to us, with around a $500 increase in the price. We came with full intentions to purchase this car.

Avoid this dealer ship
I was looking for a larger car and traded in my Lexus IS 350 for a 2010 Hyundai Genesis V8 with the tech package, at first all was well, then the paint bubbled on the hood and I also noticed that the paint started to peel off the rear bumper , The service manager told me maybe I washed it too hard, Seriously? next issue: when you would start the car all of the alarms would go off as they should when you first start the car, the only problem was they never turned off, the only way to stop this was to turn off the car and restart. I was told that this car would not do this? I even showed them a video from my iPhone and all he did was shake his head and denied that this could happen. The icing on the cake was when I took the car in for an oil change and they ended up damaging my front bumper, the wonderful service manager denied all wrong doing but they agreed to fix all the damage they had caused. Hmmmmm . After bringing the car back a few times for various other issues I decided enough was enough and traded it in. Save your self some heart ache and avoid Hallmark at all costs. needless to say I have never experienced a dealership like this or as treated like I was a bother to them. Just a FYI since I have purched my new car the only reason it have been back to the dealer was for an oil change, no other issues what so ever.
