BME Tucson Service
Everything went great. Courteous service associates, inviting dealership environment. I had requested a loaner vehicle ? this wasn't in the notes when I checked in, but they were able to get me a loaner. The loaner had just 1/8 of a tank of gas, and their policy is that the car be returned at the same level. This surprised me seeing as BMW is a premium car brand, and this seemed penny-pinching.

This dealer was amazing.
This dealer was amazing. I actually took a bus from Phoenix to Tucson to buy my new BMW. I was picked up at the drop off location by Patrick Taylor my sales person who was waiting for me. The deal that was offered was better than the 4 dealerships in Phoenix. There was ZERO markup of any kind. No market adjustment, no add ons like vin blah blah blah, no tinted window charge. It was so easy to buy a car. Finance was a breeze and I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience.

I took my 2019 540I into BMW of Tuson to take a look at
I took my 2019 540I into BMW of Tuson to take a look at my AC it was blowing warm air but after inspectionnit turned out to be the evaporator cooler. they confirm with me tovgive the ok to repair... After looking up the extent of removing the entire dash board and everything attached to include the sterering wheel. i was scheptical that it would be put all back together properly.... well with my amaze it was good as new after everything... the whole process with jessica was always sending great communication the entire time.... i have no doubts when i will take my car to get it fixed and jessica will my to goto woman... i love my car then and love it now....

AC issue on X5
The dealer had a vehicle for almost a month trying to fix the HVAC in X5. They did provide a loaner while my vehicle is at the shop. It took a almost month to figure out the issues. Overall great customer service. The repair seems to be working for now.
