very slow install of one amplifier and service advisor

very slow install of one amplifier and service advisor had zero knowledge of what caused the amp to go bad. His estimate was $1000 off and did not include labor. I personally had to call the parts dept to find out if the part was in stock after 4 months. During the four months, I heard nothing from the service advisor Tyson. I waited 20 minutes in the waiting room just to get checked in and 15 minutes past my appt time.

The quality of service and its employees is above other dealers I?ve dealt with. They are very professional, friendly and customer service oriented. Humberto, my service advisor, provided a quality experience. He promptly greeted me, went over options and answered all my questions. My car was ready as promised. I highly recommend them.

BMW of Tucson was able to remedy an issue within a week

BMW of Tucson was able to remedy an issue within a week that BMW National Motors of Pyeongtaek was unable to repair in over 2 years on my new 4 series. My service provider (Jayme, and her teammates Jessica & Katelyn) at BMW of Tucson were very attentive and dedicated to resolving my issue - big shoutout to them! I would recommend BMW of Tucson for any repair needs for your ride :)
