I enjoyed working with Juan Parra as he was easy to talk

I enjoyed working with Juan Parra as he was easy to talk to and very helpful and competent. Patrick was also very good when closing with the finance issues. I am hoping for the same when I come in for normal maintenance items or any future needs

I scheduled my car for wheels alignment and was reminded

I scheduled my car for wheels alignment and was reminded once I got in for my appointment that it was time for a brake fluid flush. I had both done and was out in under 2 hours. Humberto was my representative for assistance and he was knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had.

We had multiple issues on our X5 and took our car to Tucson BMW. Jayme Larson had the X5 inspected and communicated the results to us. We have confidence and trust in her work and we had all the recommended repairs done. The end result, we are very happy and are X5 is running great. The estimate was correct, the facts the final total was less than the estimate. A loaner car was provided, which made the experience that much better. Thank you

Fast not Furious!

I called BMW Tucson having never before being a client. They got me in within 3 days. I worked with Jessica who had my car evaluated and repaired within 4 hours. In addition, she advised me on the proper unit and voltage to do a trickle charge, for when I am not in residence. They were very efficient. The facilities are clean and comfortable, should you need to wait, with beverages and TV. Im sold!

Staff was friendly and dealership was clean.

Staff was friendly and dealership was clean. The my got our information right away and gave us an estimated time. Only negative I would say is no loaner vehicles and we came in from out of town, but service was about 2 hours so not to long! Would definitely go back! Did exactly what I needed done and washed my car!
