I was very impressed with the level of professionalism...

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff at Walser Nissan. I enjoyed the no haggle sales approach and felt that a fair price was offered for my trade in. Specifically, Mark was very personable and honest in his sales approach. The process of purchasing the car was streamlined and I enjoyed the fact that I only needed to work with Mark throughout the process and was not handed off to a “financing expert” trying to sell expensive options that I did not want.

This was my first time buying a new car from a...

This was my first time buying a new car from a dealership. When I walked into the dealership I didn't know what to expect, but I was greeted by a group of people who all seemed very nice. I ended up buying a new Altima from Danny, and it went great! I was extremely impressed with the whole Walser process, as well as Danny's ability to answer any questions that I had (and I had A LOT of them). Because of Danny's customer service, and the shockingly undreadful process I went through to purchase my new car, Walser can consider me a life-long customer. Two thumbs WAY up!

My sales person was new and didn't know all the ins and...

My sales person was new and didn't know all the ins and outs of her job, that was ok as she needs to be able to learn. We test drove a car and when we can back another sales person asked if we were done and could he have the key to go for a test drive. We said yes and went to look up info on another car. I had decided that I wanted to purchase the first car I drove and was told that unfortunately the rule was that whoever had the keys in their possession gets first chance to purchase. I attempted to point out that my sales person was new and didn't know that if you gave the key away you lost your customers chance to buy that car. He didn't really have anything to say other than that's their rule. Of course the other person also wanted the car and got to buy it over me, even though I drove it and was there to look at it before them. I was offered a "deal" on my plan B, however there no other cars there comprable to the one I lost. I was never really told what the deal would be and I was never really told that the "deal" would be or could be extended past that particular day. I left with no car and the more I thought about it the more angry I got. I think was terrible customer service and a terrible way to train your new employees. If there are unwritten rules then everyone needs to know about them and maybe the new employees should have a more senior person working very closely with them. I went to Wayzata Nissan the next day and purchased an awesome car!!

We went to look at a used Chrysler van that we saw...

We went to look at a used Chrysler van that we saw on-line in their used inventory. The van was OK but we weren't real certain about it. Danny took us to his desk and looked up any other vans in the Walser dealership. There was one in Hopkins that matched what we were looking for. We left to do some more car shopping and Danny went up to Hopkins and drove the van back to the Burnsville dealership. We came back about an hour later, test drove it, and bought it. Very good service, friendly, and effecient. We would buy from them again.

When I first went to Walser Nissan I was greeted by...

When I first went to Walser Nissan I was greeted by Jeremy. He went into great detail for over an hour to explain the Nissan Altima from features, saftey, changes from previous models, et. At the time, Jeremy knew that I was not ready to make a sale but just starting my search for a new car. He still took the time and interest to talk with me and also have a lot of knowledge on other cars I was looking at to comare those to a Nissan. To be honest, I was primarily interested in a Lincoln MKZ, but the service I received initially from Jeremy is what drew me back to Walser Nissan. My sale was completed by Alan, who also gave me personal attention during my third visit to the dealership.

Mike Rosett made our experience of buying a new car a pleasure. He treated us with the perfect blend of respect, information, kindness, patience, timeliness, friendliness and support. He was genuinely interested in getting us into something that would make both husband and wife happy, and we were never rushed or pressured. We trust Mike. He deserves a big bonus. Don't lose him. We visited a lot of dealers when we were shopping for our new car, and Mike by far gave us the best service.

The whole sales experience was great. Mark stayed with me and explained every step of the process. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. It has been a while since I went through the whole car buying experience, and this had to be the best one I ever had. I was a little nervous about the process, but Mark made me feel relaxed just by being there to explain everything. I would recommend him and Walser to anyone looking for purchase a vehichle. Thanks Mark for my new ride, I love it.

I was very impressed with the no haggle approach. I also really appreciated that the sales person I worked with stayed with me during the whole sale process. There was no hand off to a finance person who knows nothing about you. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot at another dealership and felt alienated having to wait for the finance person. I would definately buy at Walser again.
