Walser Nissan Burnsville

I recently purchased my first car, an Altima at Walser Nissan in Bursnville. Everyone I worked with was very friendly and made the process of trading in and purchasing a new car very quick and easy!

I was really impressed with the total dealership and especially Mike. They were totally fair and resonable in the new car purchasing process. The dealership is spick and span clean and all made sure I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. John Peterson the boss, was very fair with my tradein and Mike explained everything about the car. Doesn't hurt the car is a great car.

Service was great and very helpful. They shuttled me to my place of business and then delivered my car to me at my business. Very nice not to have to worry about picking it up. Also, this work was done for free due to sap on my new car. It looks wonderful!

Campbell and the rest of the team at Walser were wonderful to work with, very patient with me (someone who doesn't know much about cars), friendly and fun. If you are someone like myself that doesn't know much about cars just make sure to bring someone with you to help ask the questions and look for things that may not be pointed out up front by the dealers as would be the case at any dealership! Overall though, a pretty good first car-buying experience.

Mark was great to work with, he was willing to look at all the vehicles that we may be interested in(not just the ones in the front). This is my 3rd vehicle i have purchased from a Walser dealership Prices have always been better than most.

Mark answered all of our questions and throughly demonstrated all of the features of the vehicle. He came in on his day off to close the sale. Very friendly service.

This was our third purchase from a Walser Dealership. Ross was great to work with and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at. Both Ross and Rick (GM) were very helpful in getting us exactly what we wanted on our Nissan Rogue. They were extremely responsive to our questions, returning calls very promptly. Ross was also great about follow-up calls after the sale. We definetly recommend Walser Nissan, especially Ross and Rick.

I just traded in an older model Nissan for a newer model. I pretty much knew what I wanted when I went in and Mark made it pretty easy to go through the paperwork and get out of there with my new car.

This was my best overall experience in purchasing a new vehicle. John Tower was a very courteuos, professional salesman to work with on the purchase. I did not feel any pressure whatsoever from him or anyone at the dealership. I do want to mention as well, Rick McClarey was also a great sales manager to work with through the process. Rick was very professional as well and went out of his way to offer the same exact car with some metal door plates for only an additional 5.00 ! They both were fabulous to work with and can't stress enough that this was my BEST experience in purchasing a car. I will definitely recommend Burnsville Nissan to any friends or family that are looking to purchase a car. Thanks John, Rick and everyone else that stayed late to help finish up the deal.

This was the fourth car I have leased from Walser Nissan and Mark was very professional and provided all the information that I needed to make the choice of the Maxima with the options that I wanted. He was extremely supportive through the leasing process and his follow up on some issues that needed attention after I drove the car. My husband also purchased a new Murano from this dealership and we are both very happy with the sales staff and the service department. Excellent.
