We purchased our last vehicle from Walser GMC in...

We purchased our last vehicle from Walser GMC in Bloomington and had a great experience. So, when it came time to purchase another car, we knew we'd choose Walser. The sign and drive deal at Walser Nissan in Burnsville was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. We drove away with a new car a few hours later and couldn't be happier.

Jeremy Mills in new car sales was very good to deal with....

Jeremy Mills in new car sales was very good to deal with. He was very patient and really knew the Nissan product line. He explained everything very thoroughly and told us our best options. It is really good to deal with an honest person that you can trust completely, I would do business with Walser again without reservation.

Wasn't really sure what I wanted when I went in on...

Wasn't really sure what I wanted when I went in on Friday, but took home my 2012 Altima yesterday. I love it and everything about the expreience. Danny made it all so easy! In particular, I thought it was great that when I went in to pick up the car, I was in and out in a very short time. Danny didn't rush me, he just did everything perfectly so we didn't have to spend hours on paperwork! Thanks to all of you.

Danny was the "perfect" sales guy. Not pushy,...

Danny was the "perfect" sales guy. Not pushy, answered my questions and always smiling! I did not make his job easy - as I was struggling to make my decision (I hate car shopping...) He was extremely patient with me! Would DEFINITELY work with him and Walser again!

Eric is so on top of everything. He treats you with respect and explains everything. He takes the time to let you know how important we are as a customer. Made my visit a 10 and he took care of all of my problems. He is an asset to your company. Thanks Eric.

I loved working with Danny! He was a young guy with a...

I loved working with Danny! He was a young guy with a laid back demeanor so I never felt the 'old school' pressure. I felt he was very genuine and had my best interest at heart. He got me a really great deal that I couldn't pass up and made my trade-in/ new lease agreement go so smoothly. At any time I had a question, he was there to get me an answer and did so promptly. When I had an issue after-the-fact with Nissan Finance, he quickly got it resolved to my complete satisfaction. I would highly recommend Walser Nissan Burnsville and Danny McDonald as I had an all around great experience and love my new Nissan Rogue!

There's nothing worse than seeing an unhappy face before...

There's nothing worse than seeing an unhappy face before 8AM in the morning on a Saturday when your car is getting serviced...However; when I was greeted by Shannielle this past Saturday - I received nothing but smiles and friendly service. I appreciate someone who knows what "customer service" means, and being able to articulate exactly what services are needed. Thanks so much! I can't wait to come back again!

Ryan was awesome - I went in for a rountine oil change...

Ryan was awesome - I went in for a rountine oil change and mentioned a scratch on my car. He took the time to buff out a scratch and my car is back to looking just like new.
