Awesome experience all around. Mark Knutson did a fabulous job of working with us to complete satisfaction. He did a terrific job of pointing out the value of the extended warranty and environmental protection items.

I gave the great score of 5 in each of the catagories because I was met, given details about my service, length of time I would be there. I also gave a 5 for the price of the service. I used one of the discount coupons sent to me by Nissan and was very happy with the final price. Patrick was professional and courteous from start to finish. Thank you, Mike Roth

My experience at Walser Nissan in Burnsville was great. I am a recent college grad, and this was my first car buying experience. I ended up buying a new Rogue from this dealership. Phil helped me feel comfortable and confident in my purchase, and I never felt pressured or pushed into a decision. He was very knowledgeable about the car and was able to answer any questions I had. He made the process easy and enjoyable. The customer service at this dealership is fantastic, and I will certainly recommend it to anyone!

My husband and I were very pleased with our visit to Walser in Burnsville. (We had stopped at another dealership beforehand and weren't impressed with them as they were not as helpful. We wanted to take a test drive and after their receptionist paged "used car sales" 4 times, around 15 minutes later, someone finally showed up to take us on the test drive. Meanwhile there were several employees walking around not helping customers. This really felt like they didn't care if we bought a car or not and our experience was not positive.) However at Walser we were offered assistance very quickly, but not in a pushy, trying-to-make-a-sale way. The sales manager, John, took us on the test drive so we wouldn't have to wait too long for someone to take us (it was a busy day and they were all out on test drives). He was informative and helpful and then when we decided to purchase, we were introduced to Mark to process the sale, who was also very helpful. When we buy a car, as I'm sure most consumers would agree, we want to feel great about the purchase, that we're getting a fair price, the car's in excellent shape, and we're not being pushed into anything. This is why I'm rating our experience so highly. The no hassle sales approach that you have is a definite advantage. By the way, no one put me up to this. We were just very impressed with our experience and I know, from years of working in sales and customer service, that customers tend to only tell you about negative experiences, but rarely take the time to say they had a great experience so...Thank you! Danny M. was a huge help with our purchase. He was honest from the start, never pressuring anything and got us everything we needed. He went above and beyond all expectations and he carried himself how a true customer service associate should!

I purchased a new Altima from Danny McDonald. I knew...

I purchased a new Altima from Danny McDonald. I knew what I wanted and I had an older Altima to trade in. The Walser used car buyer was very friendly and very fair. I wasn't used to that. Danny was knowledgeable, explained the features of the vehicle, explained Walser's methodology to selling vehicles and was very communicative while waiting for the financing and detailing of my new car. I can't stress enough how good this experience was. I HATE buying vehicles. I will always go back to Danny and the Walser family of dealerships. Perfect experience!

Won't shop there again

Totally bad experience Made an appointment - They weren't ready I was looking at a 2 seater car. I wasn't allowed to take a test drive with my wife. The salesman (if you want to call him that) was required to come along. 3 into 2 doesn't work. They low balled my trade in, said I needed new tires (3000 miles on tires), offered auction price. The license plates expired last April and they wouldn't make an adjustment. In the end we were within $500 of the asking price but they refused to negotiate. They preferred to take a loss on the car rather than make a profit by working with me. They could have had a happy customer had they shown a little respect and worked with me

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism...

I was very impressed with the level of professionalism and knowledge of the sales staff at Walser Nissan. I enjoyed the no haggle sales approach and felt that a fair price was offered for my trade in. Specifically, Mark was very personable and honest in his sales approach. The process of purchasing the car was streamlined and I enjoyed the fact that I only needed to work with Mark throughout the process and was not handed off to a “financing expert” trying to sell expensive options that I did not want.
