I bought my car from Walser Nissan and had a good experience, so continued taking it here for service. What a mistake. I recently had the absolute worst service experience here. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I received a phone call from Scott Teebo, the Service Manager, admitting that they completely dropped the ball on my car and almost nothing else could have gone wrong. I guess they still felt fine charging me a few hundred dollars regardless of all of their mistakes. He wanted to me to call him back so he could try to make it right, so I did. He didn't answer, so I left a message, and never received a phone call back. I would have been willing to give them a second chance had they been able to make it right, but that just shows me I'm probably better off not doing so. This is a prime example of why dealership mechanics have such a bad reputation. Extremely disappointing and I will not be returning.

My experience was great! From John Tower assisting me in the process of elimanation, the pluses and minuses for what I was looking, his consultative approach was perfect for me. Then Rick, and the trade in process , well it met what I was in aniticipation of to do the deal. This is my 3rd Walser purchase, the first from this location. we came in for a power window issue and left with a non working door handle after 3 visits 1 hour each way they finally corrected it

James was very helpful with finding the used car that was just right for me. He was extremely courteous, no high pressured sales, just honest assistance to make sure I was completely satisfied. He helped me find just the right vehicle and financing to fit my budget. I would refer all of my friends and family to him!

The sign and drive deal at Walser Nissan in Burnsville was exactly what we were looking for. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
