I purchased my second car from Walser and had a great experience both times, each better than the next. Jason went out of his way to help me find the car I was looking for and made the experience a great one. I want to make sure that my experience dealing with Phil...

I want to make sure that my experience dealing with Phil White did not go unnoticed. Phil was fantastic from the first day. He had immense knowledge about the Altima and the Maxima. I was initially interested in a Maxima, but after driving the Altima and telling Phil what I was looking for, he helped me realize the Altima was actually a better fit. He never pressured me or tried to talk me out of anything. He was personable, helpful, and accessible throughout. He changed my opinion of what buying a new car is like. Although I had to wait over 2 months for my exact Altima to come from the factory, Phil kept me informed and called me the second it was unloaded from the truck. Most of all, Phil understood what I wanted and what I needed, and took great strides to makes the buying purchase as pleasant as possible. I can't say enough good things about Phil. I think he is a top-notch salesperson, and I hope he remains with Walser for a long, long time.

My experience at Walser Nissan continues to be top notch. This is my second Nissan that I have purchased from this dealership and I don't think I would ever go to another. I have always been impressed with their customer service and feel good bringing my business there. Campbell was very knowledgeable and professional and had a great ability to connect with the customer. Very impressed, another great Walser Nissan expereince.

I had a great experiece buying my first vehicle through Walser with Mark Knutson. He did an amazing job showing me the vehicle and answering my questions. He made the whole experience pleasant and was very friendly. Even though I expected to be at the dealership for a couple hours, the time passed by quickly and I was never left wondering what was happening or what the next steps were in the wait. His explanations were very thorough and his ability to help me understand was incredible. The staff and environment was very open and comfortable to work with.

John Tower at Walser Nissan in Burnsville has helped my husband and me since 2005 with leasing Nissan vehicles ('05 Murano, '09 Altima and now a 2013 Altima). John has always been honest and doesn't waste our time looking at a vehicle we were not interested in. John is friendly and always remembers our names when we arrive at the dealership unannounced! We have shopped other dealerships and Walser Nissan has always given us the best deal in town.

The Walser Nissan dealership has a very friendly and professional atmosphere. Steve Greene was very helpful in helping me find the right car per my standards. He was very professional and knowledgable about the cars I was looking for and let me take a few cars for a test drive to find my fit. Overall, great experience with dealing with Steve Greene and the Walser family.

We recently purchased a pre-owned Cube. Campbell and Steve treated us very well and there was no pressure to buy. Hospitality was great and everything was clearly explained. We were well satisfied with our trade allowance. I recently returned to have a key programmed and the service was quick and friendly. All were as accommodating as they could be. Ken & Mary Lou T.

I have always had great service at the Burnsville Nissan Walser dealership. They are quick and efficient. The service employees are always up front about what needs to be done now and what can wait to be taken care of. They are understanding when I can't afford the services that are recommended at the time of the visit and they don't pressure you.

My wife and I were looking at a used Honda Pilot. When we...

My wife and I were looking at a used Honda Pilot. When we first went to check out the vehicle Mike Rosett met us out in the lot. He was more than happy to answer any and all of our questions and was very knowledgable. We ended up test driving the vehicle that evening and then came back to test drive it again a couple days later. Mike was very patient both times and allowed us to take our time looking over the vehicle. We never felt pressure to buy the car, he wanted us to find the car that we felt would best fit us. Due to our schedule, we came back to purchase the vehicle and Mike Rosett was unavailable. At this time we were introduced to Mark Knutson. Mark let us look over the car one more time and gave us time to make sure it was the car for us. After we decided that the car was for us and the deal was right, Mark helped us through the buying process. Mark did a wonderful job talking us through the entire process and he even was able to get a couple black scuff marks off the back of our new Honda. My wife and I left Walser Nissan feeling very happy, and excited about our new car due to the exceptional service that Mike and Mark provided for us. We truly appreciated their patience with our decision making. Mark even took a picture of us with our new car before me left. Thank you! Matt & Keri Hall
