It was my first time buying a car from a lot. When first looking at cars, Mark greeted us right away. He asked qualifying questions to find what best fit my needs. He did not try to persuade me to push my limit. He was very friendly and personable. Worked with me a lot and gave me good advice. I would highly recommend him.

I walked in to the dealer and was immediately greeted...

I walked in to the dealer and was immediately greeted with a smile. Upon letting the front desk know what my visit was about, I was introduced to Mark Knutson. Mark showed me several model vehicles until we found "the one". Mark walked me through the entire trade-in and financing process with prowess. He was incredibly helpful and very personable. I will and have recommend Mark and Walser Nissan to anybody seeking a new or used vehicle. I am incredibly satisfied.

Working with Mark at Walser was a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them. Their pricing met my needs for the vehicle I was looking for and their ability to make the deal work on my schedule was appreciated.

great place to do buisness

The parts dept is second to none. I have a classic 1991 300zxtt parts are not easy to find for these cars. The guys in the parts dept went out of their way to locate the parts I needed. The parts were also oem parts not aftermarket. I tryed seveal other nissan dealers in the past and will never go back. Walser nissan has a customer for life.

Right from the start Mark Knutson provided the best...

Right from the start Mark Knutson provided the best service I've experienced from a car dealership. He quickly pulled a car for my wife and I to test drive. Later in the day I found a vehicle online in your inventory. I called Mark and he had it waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive. I purchased the vehicle that day. The entire staff has been very friendly when I've come in and assisted showing me how to run the car through your car wash - which by the way is not easy. Mark has called twice to ensure everything is going well and that we are happy with our purchase. Hands down the best service I've received purchasing a car.

My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima....

My husband and I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Altima. We had been looking for a car since this past summer. We met with Diego several times and drove various Nissan models. We never felt pressured by Diego to purchase. He spent several hours with us explaining all of the various features of the different models so that we could make the best decision for us and our needs. He would call or email us occassionally to see how we were doing or to let us know of the specials that the dealership was running. We trust Diego completely and will definetly purchase our car from him. We also had interactions with his team lead, Kristin, and she was always helpful when were there. We feel like they roll out the red carpet for us when we come to Walser. I wish more places were like this. They put the needs of their customers ahead of simply making a sale which in turn has made us customers for life.

I stopped in to check out an 08' Ford Escape that I had...

I stopped in to check out an 08' Ford Escape that I had seen online. I was greeted and treated very well. Ross was the sales person that worked with me and he did a great job! I got a great price on my trade in and am completely satisfied with my purchase. I had visited several other dealerships looking for a vehicle and this was the best experience in comparison!

I thought the sales person Mark Knutson did a great job...

I thought the sales person Mark Knutson did a great job in promoting and selling the Nissan Altima SV. I was dis-appoionted his counterpart dropped the ball when my wife came over the next day on her lunch hour to fianlize the deal. The other negative was $500 discount for financing through Nissan. Why even show it in the pricing estimate. It felt like a bait and switch if the customer chooses outside financing. These two issues were enough for us to visit another dealer on the same car.

Phil was great to work with in purchasing my used...

Phil was great to work with in purchasing my used vehicle. I had my mechanic check it out and a hole/leak was found in one of the CU Boots. Phil quickly worked with his team to make sure this issue could be taken care of prior to my buying the car. Overall it was a great experience and I have already recommended Walser and Phil to my friends and family. The only issue I had was with the service department people as they told me the hole/leak in the CU Boot my mechanic found was likely not going to be there and they said this to me PRIOR to their inspecting the vehicle after my mechanic found an issue. I didn't appreciate that. I brought it to my mechanic for an inspection because I trust him and your service department folks should have given it a look before they told me he was 'probably' wrong.

Mark was wonderful! Definitely recommending him to anyone looking for a car! Pleasant service from him and his co workers from when I drove on the lot until I left in my new Nissan Altima :)
