I went to dealership for a service appointment. Upon arriving at the dealership, shannielle greeted me as I got out of the car. She was very polite. Then while going over the appointment that was made by some other service rep like 3 days ago. Shannielle was very helpful and realized that I did not need the other maintenance type service done and that I only needed the oil change. It was a great visit at nissans this morning and it's nice to know the dealership has employees that are watching over details closely. Great dealership and I will be back many many times in the future for all service on my vehicle !!

It was very hot outside, granted, but there is no excuse...
It was very hot outside, granted, but there is no excuse for ignoring customers that are walking around the new car lot looking for a new vehicle. I had to go inside and get help from the receptionist before a salesperson would talk to me. Even then, the sales rep wouldn't leave the building to show me what they had on their lot. He just showed me pictures on his computer, I did that from home... When it came time to talk about a trade I was told Walser didn't follow Kelly Blue Book values and would have to "call around" to find out what my trade was worth since it was "just too new" and they didn't know what it was worth. What? Eighteen months old... It took them four days to call me and tell me they had figured out what it was worth and they made a low ball offer that was thousands below the KBB value. ((Which was spot on with the dealer I bought my new truck from.)) Maybe they should reinstate a commission system so sales reps actually start to care whether or not they help you? It wouldn't hurt to hire an appraiser that can actually tell you what your trade is worth. I went in with a checkbook, prepared to pay cash and leave with a new truck. I went home empty handed. How does that happen? Rotten experience.

Shopping for Nissan Maxima 2010
I was shopping around for a used Nissan Maxima 2010. This was the only place i found what i was looking for in minneapolis. There were other dealers around in the city that i did visit but 1. They didn't had what i wanted, 2. Cars were not that clean. Besides, it turned out to be a perfect deal for me with the 0% apr offer that was ending that day.

I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted. My sales person was very patient with me, especially when I kept changeing my mind. She was very pleasant, and felt she did everything she could to make my buying experience a knowledgeble and pleasant experience. She answered all my questions, and if she didn't know, quickly looked it up for me. I would recommend Walser Nissan to anyone wanting to buy a car. I love my new car. It's just what I wanted!

Ross was super nice, made the process pretty painless for me (and I HATE car shopping!) Everyone I spoke to was helpful and friendly. We like the car washes too. We got a great Trek Bike as part of a special promotion-- nice bike from Penn Cycle.

I am very impressed with the service at Walser - My experiences with other dealerships were so upsating that I give up trying to get a vehicle I really wanted it. At Walser they helped me get the vehicle I wanted Nissan Frontier with out telling me because of my credit I have to settle for something different. Thank you so much for giving me my dream car!

Friendly sale person, great competitive price, more...
Friendly sale person, great competitive price, more choices,and good services. I can test multiple vehicles before making a decision, and the sale person is very helpful for all I need. The best thing for the Walser is I just pick up the car and drive; the final price is marked clearly; I don't need to negotiate the price with the the sale person that always waste time.

This was my first new car purchase, and first time at a...
This was my first new car purchase, and first time at a dealership in general. The night before I was nervous that I would be forced into a car I didn't want and have to deal with a pushy sales agent. This was not the case at Walser Nissan. I had the pleasure of having Jacob W. helping me out with my first purchase. He listened to me, found out what I wanted, what I didn't need, what I had at the moment, and we went for a test drive. Everything about the car was explained to me and the test road was great for testing. I did not feel forced or uncomfortable at all, instead I felt comfortable and Jacob was being 100% honest with me. I walked out with a great deal on a 2013 Sentra and I couldn't be happier, I love the car! I also love that this dealership has their own car wash and service center, with free coffee. They also detailed and filled the car up with gas before I drove home, a small perk but with gas nearing $4 / gallon, it helps. I will definitely be recommending and returning to this dealership when I want a new car.
