Diego was the best sales person I have ever worked with...

Diego was the best sales person I have ever worked with when buying a new car and I have bought several. I was very impressed that Nissan called me and gave me a great offer on trading my 2 year old Rouge for a brand new one at the same price! It was great working with all of them! Hope to hear from them again when they want my used car!

Walser put my safety at risk. All used vehicles are sent...

Walser put my safety at risk. All used vehicles are sent to a facility for a 150 point inspection at which time they repair and replace parts on the vehicles, some of these parts such as tires are replaced based off of a rating they assign after they inspect the tread depth. I was told the tires were replaced, now after an accident with my vehicle in the first snow storm of the year I find they put my safety at risk. The tires on the vehicle were not road worthy in any snow situation, I had no control of the vehicles steering and had an impact collision on the highway on ramp, this accident ruined two of the 1500 dollar rims I had also purchased with the vehicle and bent two tie rod ends which left the vehicle inoperative. The shop indicated to me there were three bald tires on the vehicle t the time and one good tire, I had to rent a car for two days while repairs were done, all of the repairs cost 2100.00, not to include the future replacement of the black chrome rims. Upon discussing the condition of the tires with the dealership upon initial inspection I learned that at least half life tires were left on the vehicle upon purchase, they only replaced one. Even after my last oil change four months later t the dealership I was told that everything on the vehicle checked out fine but apparently that was not true. I spoke with the dealership regarding the process of using calculations and ratings to determine what is safe to be driven on the road and what is not, apparently this is the process they use and will continue to do so. At the time of the oil change again I would assume this would be brought to my attention, essentially I have lost trust in the dealerships interpretation of vehicle safety. I caution anyone purchasing a used vehicle from walser to ensure they inspect in detail or bring along a certified mechanic to look over the vehicle prior to purchase. I would recommend shopping with a dealership not associated with the walser chain.

excellent service and support post purchase. Price and financial items were clearly explained. Dealership had good play area for kids during purchase resulting in a stress free event. MY wife still loves the vehicle

My experience with Walser Nissan was great! The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. The sales person I worked with was also very friendly and didn't put any pressure on me to make the sale. I also knew I was getting a good price because they don't mark up the cost of their vehicles. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Based on my prior experiences purchasing a new vehicle, I really wasn't looking forward to the "due diligence" process when I decided to purchase a 2013 Nissan Rogue. Jennifer Snyder at Walsar Nissan, however, totally changed my outlook. She took time to explain the various warranty options, but wasn't your typical "pushy" salesperson. She knew I had done my homework ahead of time, and treated me with courtesy and respect. I contacted one other dealership just to see if Walsar Nissan's pricing was in-line, but I knew from the first time I spoke with Jennifer that I would be doing business with her at Walsar-Nissan. Finally, a positive new car buying experience!

I purchased my 2011 Honda accord EX from Walser Nissan. I couldn't be happier. My purchase couldn't have gone smoother. Lindsay was very informative and quick to attend to my vehicle purchasing needs. I was happy I didn't have to negotiate price like at many other dealerships. My experience with Walser Nissan was great! Mike Rosett patiently helped me through the process of leasing my car. He listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions so that I could understand (cars aren't exactly my thing).
