Had a great experience at Walser. Dealt with Matt Wieczorek. He was courteous, professional, helpful and honest. Customer service is a big deal to me, and I appreciated his approach and the whole experience. Rest of team was very good too. I'd recommend.

The recent ad on the Walser website: KBB Excellent Value is, in my opinion, somewhat deceitful. After a long drive and the usual fruitless discussion with various sales people, it turns out that my trade-in is only based from that figure as a "starting point". Sure ... like that is any different from what it would have been without the **&% advertisement. All-in-all, a typical used car sales experience; less than what I expected from Walsers from a past good experience.

I bought a new Murano from Lindsay Sanz and she was so super friendly and helpful throughout the process !! Ask for Lindsay, she is awesome !!!

I went in to look & walked out with a new car. Through all my vehicle purchases in the past and getting screwed over as those other dealers only cared about what went into their pocket. Pat Ongjoco did a great job! I appreciate his patience with me. I was giving him a hard time to make a decision about a right car and price for me. I respect him a lot. He kept trying to help me as long as he can. In the end, he did. I got a sexy Altima! I got to add this part. Dan ( I forget his last name ) is an awesome guy for checking on my suv. He offered greatly value of the price for it! I decided to take his offer with no question. He helped me with different financial options. I suggest you to see Pat and Dan!
