I have never been to a more family friendly dealship. When I was purchasing my vehicle, I had my kids with me. Upon walking in, the kids were well taken care of and we're offered juice, water, popcorn and more. They turned a cartoon on the big TV for them and since they didn't have crayons they even sent someone out to get coloring stuff. Everyone who works here is beyond amazing, they are friendly and kind and really make you feel welcome. We all dislike the pressure of purchasing a new vehicle, and I never once felt pressured or uncomfortable here at Walser Nissan. I also had a trade in, and they gave me more than I expected for my Murano which was wonderful. There was no hidden agenda, and complete honesty. They certainly put their customers first! Keep up the great work, I will certainly highly recommend you to friends and family.

First time buying a new car my experience was horrible. I even bought the extra packages like the environmental package. I took it to Nissan walser to get my environmental package done when I got my car back it was scratched all over. We asked them to fix it so they said they sent it back but when I came back to get my car it was still a scratched and the paint didn't match and there where chips of paint missing on the hood of my car. They then told me there was nothing else they could do for me. They wrecked my first time buying a car experience and I will never buy another vehicle from another walser dealership because they don't take care of there customers.

I am on my 4th Murano since 2007. John Tower and the team have always been a great help and easy to work with. I recommended them to my family who now shop at Walser and are very pleased with them.

My wife and were sold on the Nissan reviews as very dependable, comfortable (zero-gravity seating rocks!) and well-equipped SUV crossovers for around town and long road trips. We did a lot of research before arriving at Walser Nissan including test drives of other vehicles in this class at other dealerships that are much closer to our house. However, Walser was offering a lower price point than other dealers on comparable vehicles, so we made the 20+ mile drive to Burnsville. Mike Budin, our sales & finance guy, greeted us at the door and took us through a very thorough walk thru of the line up of Nissan SUV Crossover's including the Pathfinder, Murano and Rogue. It was extremely helpful that these three vehicles lined up side-by-side on the show room floor for ease of comparison. We arrived at our original conclusion that Murano was the perfect vehicle for our needs. Mike and his mgr Zach made the process relatively quick & painless (dealership paperwork always takes a little while) The no haggle price was strong enough on the vehicle, we even decided to take advantage of the Walser lifetime bumper-to-bumper warranty as well. Nice Job guys !

My family as bought 2 Altima?s and a Murano from Walser Nissan in Burnsville this year. Hard enough as a buyer to get 1 car and the only thing that saved us when buying 3 was the incredible service and wonder service staff. First Mark, Caitlin, and Anthony worked interchangeably making that whenever we dropped in or called someone was always ready to help us forward ? no waits delays it was fast and efficient. They spent all the needed to ensure we made an informed decision without pressure and understood our vehicles. We often went to service for additional information and to understand aspects of the vehicles. The Walser Nissan business model was efficient and all staff seemed to be a family. Thanks so much.

We'll see ad online but was doing check the car out. Did not pass . So wrote tell car was not for sale. Sad or solid to someone else. Not looking that place again.

Had a great experience at Walser. Dealt with Matt Wieczorek. He was courteous, professional, helpful and honest. Customer service is a big deal to me, and I appreciated his approach and the whole experience. Rest of team was very good too. I'd recommend.
