Matt Wieczorek best car salesmen!

After having a couple visits at Walser Nissan about our lease with them we were certain we would never do business there again! Until we met Matt Wieczorek! Hands down best car salesmen we've met! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! He went out of his way to assure we were satisfied! Because of him we bought our new SUV Walser Nissan!

Very happy with Walser Nissan Burnsville!

A Great Experience!

I came to Walser Nissan after a bad experience with another local Nissan dealership. Narin and the rest of the Walser team were great, and worked with me to find the car that fit what I was looking for. Throughout the entire process, the team was very transparent and communicative. Friendly, helpful, accommodating

We had the pleasure of working with Jan. He was professional and knowledgeable. We had our small daughter with during the whole process and he was very patient and accommodating as we were busy looking after her. He was diligent in finding us the exact car we were looking for. We would definitely go back to Walser Nissan in Burnsville, and were treated very well!

Still the same crap

Still want to sell you their auction bought damaged vehicles. Not salvage, just damaged.Sell you on the carfax report being clear. Takes up to a year for carfax to be updated. They sell you a one year old repaired vehicle, carfax isn't updated yet. So all looks great. Until the rust starts after one winter. Yes, they will take it back within 30 days. You lose your tax, and title fees. Yes, they tried to satisfy me. Yes they did try to make it right. It would have cost me $$$ for their own dishonesty. Still the same Walser as 25 years ago. I now have a vehicle with a damaged body, looks pretty good. What will it be in 5 years?

Yes you attempted to make things right at my expense! If we could have done something to satisfy both sides, it would have happened. But there was no give. I would have lost all tax, tab, and title fees. Your lucky it's been great vehicle, with the exception of the rust! 3 yrs old, looks like it's 10.

Yes you replaced the two worst worn tires with matching tires. Yes you undercoat ed the vehicle. It still doesn't stop the corrosion that is is popping out of the repaired areas. The rest of the vehicle is fine. Carfax report isn't as reliable as you sell it as... So now we're at 100k miles, all repaired areas rust, box support cracked/broken out. Found frame is bent causing the box damage. Exhaust system has 5 worm clamps to keep the rattles at bey. You want a clean review, do me right! You haven't contacted me once, you know who I am.

Honest, Helpful, and Trustworthy.

I have been bringing my Pathfinder to the Burnsville Walser Nissan Since 2007 and it's 2016. The staff has always gone above and beyond my expectations. This is a very upstanding group of people. Many Thanks! Ginny

Stress Free Buying

I bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue the end of July from John Tower. He turned what I thought would be super stressful event into a real pleasure. On an impulse, I pulled into Walser Nissan in Burnsville on a Fri late afternoon. John immediately greeted me and asked what I was interested in. I said I'd like to see a Rogue. He took me to the vehicle and showed me some of the features and asked if I'd like to take one for a test drive. I didn't realize that dealerships closed at 6:00 but he stayed until I had my questions answered. I set up an appointment for the next morning to get more detailed information like financing, etc. John suggested I got over to the lot and look at the inventory of Rogues to see what features I wanted. I took his advice and found one that had everything I wanted. The next morning I met with John and told him the car I had found. He went and brought it back so I could test drive it. John explained all the new features and how they worked and two hours later I drove my new Rogue home. John was so awesome to work with. His main concern was that I got the exact vehicle with everything I wanted with no pressure. He even took photos of me with my new car. If you are interested in a new Nissan, I definitely suggest you go see John Tower because he is an honest up-front salesman.

Low Key but Competent salesperson

Today we walked in with intent to purchase a used 2015 Nissan Versa. Leo Sandoval was our sales person and he was very clear and up front how the current purchasing and pricing process has changed at Walser to be very up front (pricing) and customer service focused. He did a great job answering all our questions and letting us determine the pace and steps important to us in the buying process.

Exceptional Service!

I had the pleasure of working with Jeff Overbo. He made my first experience of leasing a vehicle (2016 Rogue) easy, enjoyable and not stressful.
