There's Ford dealerships that we drive by on our way to Apple Valley Ford. Why? I've stopped at a few of them previously and found Apple Valley to be superior. Best trade in prices, largest inventory of vehicles to pick from, even with some days being busier than others we continuously get good service there. This time we purchased a 2015 White Ford F150 Supercrew - very happy with it!

First of all I'm a middle age female and the thought of buying a car at a dealership, facing the salespeople and "haggling" up and down for hours was daunting. My first encounter on the lot was salesman Josh Landru, I could tell right away I was going to be ok and this wouldn't be a nightmare! Josh was attentive, helpful, informative, courteous and most importantly laid back with a wonderful sense of humor. He didn't try to sell me more car than I wanted to pay for. I test drove a couple cars with him to get a feel for what I wanted and he allowed me to choose without any pressure. He listened to me, offered his opinion when asked and genuinely wanted to get me the car I wanted- not the car the dealership may have wanted me to buy! He thoroughly explained the features of my new car and made me feel comfortable that if I have questions to come back or call. Josh's very easy going manner and sense of humor makes buying a car, traditionally thought of as unpleasant negotiation more like a visit with a friend! The gentlemen that accepted my trade-in was awesome and so friendly. Joe Daniels the business manager who sat with me and discussed finance options and such was just great! He was honest and explained everything to me very clearly. Dan listened to my wishes and I didn't feel any pressure from him to purchase more than I was comfortable. All in all I would always recommend this dealership to my friends and family. Their staff are friendly, have great senses of humor and really want to help you find the vehicle you want. Lastly, General Mgr. Brian McCulley came to ensure I had received the attention and service I deserved and especially that I loved my new car. He assured me they were there for any questions I may have as I get to know my new Fusion. Apple Valley Ford Lincoln you're the best!

The salesman was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the vehicle that we were looking at. When the wait to meet with the financial person was longer than normal he checked on us several times to let us know what was going on. Once we met with the financial person, they had everything together & it went smoothly. I love the car and because Kyle took the time to show us the basics of how the computer worked have been able to figure out most of what I would like to use on it.

Bob Petti and the staff were great at this dealership. I recommend them to anyone who needs a used vehicle.

I had a wonderful experience buying my first car at Apple Valley Ford lincoln. I was searching online for a car with a low mileage and at a great price and I saw one of their postings on CarGurus. I contacted them and they gt back to right away. The sales person, Nancy, was so helpful, very nice. She made sure that the car was there for me because I traveled a long way to test drive the vehicle and of course, buy it. Listen I have had some really bad experiences with dealerships, this is my second time purchasing a car from apple valley ford and it just gets better. Greg my sales guy this time around, drove my daughter and I to the shakopee location so I could test drive the car I was interested in buying. My test drive was bringing it back to apple valley ford. There was no pressure at all in buying this vehicle after the long test drive. After my decision was made every person/ford employee I spoke with through the process had great customer service and made this process even easier. Heck, when I was getting ready to leave in my new car my previous sales guy Don Dahler came out to the car and showed me some of the vehicle features and helped me sync my phone with the car. I would highly recommend Greg and/or apple valley ford to anyone. Not to mention free pop and popcorn:)

After communicating with Tyler Carter for several months by email about the Navigator we ended up purchasing, Tyler could not meet with my wife and I during our trip from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to the dealership due to a prior scheduled offsite dealer meeting. Tyler let us know that Derek Smith would represent the dealership in his absence. What a pleasant and interesting young man Derek was. He made our purchase experience one of the best, and we have purchased numerous vehicles in our 45 year marriage. He was very patient with us "nontechees" in explaining the various options and uses of the Navigator's technology. Derek did the work, and we simply drove off with a new Navigator completely satisfied with the experience.

I worked with Andrea Holtan and Wes Ackerman - They were both incredibly helpful and made sure I knew all my options before making any final decisions. They answered every question I had and offered suggestions that made my decisions easy instead of stressful. I feel like they really listened to what I wanted and went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect car for me. As I approached age 78 I set out to trade my 2010 MKX for a new MKX (my first ever brand new vehicle).
