While looking at inventory at Apple Valley Ford a sales rep named Phil Haas stopped, gave me his card, and said to let him know if he could be of any help. I was impressed with this because no pressure of buying. I was just looking. The next day I went back to AV Ford and looked him up. Not only was Phil pleasant to work with he also was very thorough about the vehicle I was interested in. Terry Randolph was very helpful and knowlegable. I must admit its been a while since I've purchased a car, and I have always enjoyed the bargaining process. Apple Ford has one price. WE came in without a trade in, paying cash for the car, so I naturally assumed that I would have some bargaining leverage, not so. Having said that, the purchase was hassle free. Mr. Randolph went out of his way to find an extra set of keys that the original owner didn't initially provide. That pleased me greatly. We would go back to Apple Ford again for our next car purchase when needed.

Really appreciate the top notch service from Nick Demedico and Sam Sherer in the service/quick lane. It is a busy place but they still go out of their way with their customer service. Mike may be new to car sales, but he is not new to customer service. My wife and I had two cars lined up at other dealers, with financing ready to go. She says "lets just stop by Apple Valley Ford to see what they have...you never know!" Well, after being married for 32 years, if there is one thing I have learned, it's to listen when your wife "suggests" something! Man, am I glad I did! We stopped by and walked up to Mike, and he greeted us with the warmest smile and most genuine "hello" I've heard in a looooong time! He talked to us like adults, NO pressure. He wanted to know what WE were looking for, not trying to sell us what he wanted to sell. Bottom line is this, the three things that sold us were: 1. 7 day MONEY BACK guarantee on a USED car. Jason Gillen was our amazing salesman, and he had all the knowledge we needed for our purchase. Jason has great customer service... He was fun to be around for the hours we had to spend at the dealership. The financing part went smoothly with Toby helping it along. Everyone was so friendly and the facilities were great. You have to love free popcorn and pop!! We have little kids, and the playroom they had kept them busy so we could get paperwork done. I'm extremely pleased with the vehicle we chose. Kyle Buru this past week helped my wife and me purchase a vehicle. I have purchased several cars from dealerships and have always been satisfied. Working with Kyle and Apple Auto was the first time I realized the service from other dealerships was not as good as it could or should be. Kyle was so much more enjoyable to work with and I learned a great deal more about the buying process. Financing was simple and comfortable, discussions about extended warranties and services was educational as opposed to high-pressure and selecting a car was done with sincere and honest expert advice from Kyle, who actually helped us pick a car as opposed to selling us the car we happened to be standing next to when we met him. Let's face it, when you look to buy a new car you want to play with the buttons, tromp on the gas and quietly stare at it while you decide. I found it helpful that Kyle drove the cars first to give me a feel of the performance and made it so I was comfortable to step it down a bit with him in the passenger seat. He was also an expert in the cars' technology so I didn't have to fiddle around trying to figure out what the car could do.
