Hits the mark again

I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles at Apple Ford since I moved here in 1987 and have never been disappointed in the process or the service. It has always been outstanding and in particularly the assistance of Matt Warner has been superb.

Outstanding!

I bought a new Ford Edge Titanium through Doug Condon via Mike McCormick. I had the best experience ever. The time he took to work with me, his patience and honesty were so appreciated. I will sure go back as well as refer others to Apple Valley Ford as a result of these 2 great guys.

Customer satisfaction

I had the best experience ever. I am very satisfied with the car I bought from Apple Valley Ford and Lincoln company. Here are some of what I was most impress with The sales Consultant Douglas Condon went the extra mile to make sure everything I wanted in a car was available . His knowledge was exceptional. He treated me with the kind of respect all customers deserved from any company. Doug, is truly one of the best sales consultant I have ever met. He has put Apple valley Ford and Lincoln on the map for being a great sales consultant.- I am planning other future purchase(s) for Apple Valley Ford dealership-Great Job Doug keep it up-Thank you

ApPLe Ford.... Need some improvement

Ok, the buying process at Apple ford was easy and pleasant also the salesman was nice and helpful...to a point. But when I tried to have the salesman fix the minor problems with the truck that we agree on before the purchase of the truck, with the help of the service department. But that were the fun ended when buying my truck what is sad is it took 7 times driving a half hour each way to get to them. Five of those times the truck sat for 5-8 eights and never got worked on. I would not receive a phone call from Apple ford service department or the salesman’s saying they were waiting on a part wasn’t ordered correctly or the just didn’t have the time, never really got a straight answer on that. So at this point I figured I would write a review and let people know that when you buy a car/suv/truck from Apple Ford have them fix everything before you even give them a check or sign anything. BTW I just gave up on fixing the last issues with my truck since I used at least 2 tanks of gas driving there . I love ford and just not happy buying ford this dealership Chris

Apple Ford ....service so needs improvement!!

Very Professional

I came back to Apple Valley Ford Lincoln specifically because of my previous experience in dealing with Bob Patterson. His straight-forward no haggle approach to meeting my auto needs was a refreshing change from what takes place at other dealerships.

Out with the old SHO, in with the new.

It was time to move on from my 1992 Taurus SHO. I've had it since it was one year old, so it was quite a traumatic move. You get attached to things you're that familiar with and it was still going strong. Fortunately, I picked Apple Valley Ford to upgrade. I chose them because they had the best deal in town on - a brand new SHO of course! At the time, I had no idea their salesmen did not work on commission but were rewarded by customer review. So I lucked out. My salesman, Greg Kuhlman, was helpful and zero pressure from the start. He just assisted me with the vehicle I wanted and made my choice very easy. I enjoyed his sense of humor too. There were others there that also helped me - like the gentleman that did all the financial work. Sorry - forgot to write down your name and I can't find your card. Say thanks to him for me Greg! Will miss the old SHO, but the new one is brilliant. Overall, a great experience.

2012 Acura TL SH-AWD

Has one of the best customer service in MN. The salesman and financial person I was assigned to were some very cool dudes. Talkative, and making my time worth it. I came an hour before closing time and got into my new USED car within an hour.

Great service, knowledgable, helpful, and friendly

I was recently shopping around for a vehicle and this was my second stop. They were friendly and helpful right from the start and rather than showing me vehicles they thought I should buy, they asked what I wanted and didn't want out of my new car. Doing that made the whole process so much easier. There was no pressure to walk out with a car because they understood that I wanted to check out my options and make sure I was getting the best deal and car I could get. I came back an hour later and signed a lease for a new (great) vehicle. Doug Condon and Teresa made the whole experience well worth it. So glad I went with this dealership, thanks guys!!
